Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a rear-end structure of the rear part of the loading platform in the truck, and more specifically, it is attached to the rear part of the loading platform of a flat body truck or a van type truck, and can be easily loaded and unloaded and can improve work efficiency. Provide structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As one of the methods for opening and closing the rear door of the loading platform of a flat body truck or a van type truck, there is a rear turn 1 connected to the rear of the loading platform 10 as shown in FIGS. 8 (A) and 8 (B). When loading and unloading cargo from the rear part of the loading platform 10 in this type of truck, remove the hook that fixes the rear loading platform and the rear edge 1 to release the rear edge 1 and rotate the rear edge 1 approximately 180 degrees forward. It is used by lowering or turning the back end 1 90 degrees in a state where it is connected to the loading platform 10 by a chain or the like so as to be horizontal with the loading platform 10 floor surface and extending the floor surface to the rear portion.
[0003]
At the delivery center or the like, as shown in FIG. 8 (C), the rear end 1 is fixed in a state of being horizontal with the floor surface, the vehicle body is backed up, approaching the platform, and the cargo is loaded and unloaded.
[0004]
However, in places where there is no appropriate platform, such as on the road, it is common to load and unload luggage with the rear end 1 lowered.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the height of the cargo bed floor of the truck is about 700 to 800 mm in a small car.
[0006]
For this reason, when loading and unloading a load in front of the loading platform 10 when working manually, without installing a lifting assist device such as a step, the worker once puts the luggage on the rear of the loading platform 10 and then goes up to the floor. You have to lift the baggage to the designated position in front of you and drop the baggage. At the time of unloading, the cargo is once carried to the rear part of the loading platform 10 and then the operator gets down from the floor and lifts the cargo again to the designated storage location.
[0007]
Frequent lifting and lowering of the cargo bed and handling of difficult or heavy loads in such work are a heavy burden on the operator, and it is strongly desired to reduce the work burden at the work site.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the problems as described above, the structure of the rear tilting of the rear part of the loading platform in the truck of the present invention is such that the rear rolling is connected to the lower end of the rear part of the loading platform so as to be rotatable. One end of the upper arm is connected to the other end of the upper arm, and the other end of the upper arm is connected to a horizontal equipment fixed to the vehicle body below the rear of the loading platform. The lower arm and an auxiliary step having one end rotatably connected to the one end of the lower arm.
[0009]
Further, the rear turn, the upper arm, and the lower arm constitute a parallel link mechanism.
[0010]
The rear end is connected to the rear part of the cargo bed via a chain at the other end, and is configured to open 90 degrees and be flush with the cargo bed floor.
[0011]
Further, the auxiliary step is configured such that the other end is releasably connected to one end of the upper arm, and is parallel to the rear turn opened 90 degrees by releasing the connection.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
(1) Next, with reference to FIGS. 1-6, embodiment of the structure of the rear-end of the loading platform in the truck of this invention is described.
[0013]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the rear edge 1 is connected at the lower end thereof to the rear end of the floor 11 of the loading platform 10 via a horizontal hinge 12. When the rear hook 1 is opened by removing the hook 13 that releasably fixes the upper ends of the outer surface of the rear cover 1 to the loading platform 10 so that the rear winding 1 is flush with the floor surface 11a of the loading platform 10. In addition, since it can be fixed in an opened state of 90 degrees, both upper ends of the inner surface of the rear turn 1 are connected to the rear portion of the cargo bed 10 via a chain 14 having a predetermined length.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 3, a pair of spaced hinges 1 a are provided near the upper portion of the outer surface of the rear cover 1. Further, the transverse equipment 2 is formed below the rear surface of the vehicle body, that is, below the rear end of the floor 11 of the loading platform 10, and a pair of spaced hinges 2 a are provided on the transverse equipment 2. The horizontal equipment 2 is fixed to the loading platform 10 with a configuration not shown, and is arranged to protrude slightly rearward from the loading platform 10.
[0015]
A pair of upper arms 4 connected by a fixing plate 4a shown in FIG. 4 is coupled to a pair of hinges 1a of the rear turn 1 by a pin 6 via a hole 4b formed at the upper end thereof. To do. Further, the fixing plate 4a has an intermediate portion slightly protruding toward the front side in FIG. 4, and a hole 4c is formed at the tip thereof, and a tubular portion 4d is formed at the lower end of the upper arm 4 on the near side in FIG. Has been.
[0016]
A pair of lower arms 5 shown in FIG. 4 is coupled to a pair of hinges 2a of the horizontal equipment 2 by a pin 6 through a tubular portion or hole 5a formed at the lower end thereof. . A tubular portion or hole 5b is formed at the upper end of the lower arm 5.
[0017]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, a plate-like auxiliary step 3 is provided, a flange 3 a is formed at one end of the auxiliary step 3, and a pair of vertical bars 3 b extends from the flange 3 a to the other end of the auxiliary step 3. The vertical beam 3b protrudes from the auxiliary step 3 at the front end. A hole 3c is formed at the center of the flange 3a, and a lock pin 3d is provided at the auxiliary step 3 below the hole 3c, and at least the tip of the vertical beam 3b protruding from the auxiliary step 3 is an auxiliary step. It has a U-shape in cross section on the 3 side, and is provided with holes 3 e on both sides at a position of length L from the end of the tip.
[0018]
Here, how to assemble the auxiliary step 3, the upper arm 4 and the lower arm 5 will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 6, the upper end of the lower arm 5 is attached to the U-shaped tip of the vertical beam 3b of the auxiliary step 3. The hole 3e of the vertical beam 3b and the tubular portion or hole 5b of the lower arm 5 are fitted so as to coincide with each other in the lateral direction, and the hole 3e and the tubular portion or hole 5b and the tubular portion at the lower end of the upper arm 4 are fitted. The pin 7 is penetrated in a state in which 4d coincides with the horizontal direction, and the vertical rail 3b, the upper arm 4 and the lower arm 5 are slidably connected via the pin 7. In this way, the rear end 1, the upper arm 4, the lower arm 5 and the rear surface of the vehicle body are configured as if lying in a substantially parallelogram.
[0019]
Next, by pushing the pin of the lock pin 3d of the auxiliary step 3 through the hole 3c of the flange 3a and passing through the hole 4c of the fixing plate 4a of the upper arm 4, the upper arm 4 and the auxiliary step 3 can be released from each other. Connected. FIG. 6 shows this connected state.
(2) The operation sequence in the rearward structure of the above embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
[0020]
In FIG. 7, the solid line indicates the state before the connection of the rear end 1 and the like, and the two-dot chain line indicates the state after the connection of the rear end 1 and the like is released.
[0021]
First, when the auxiliary step 3 is used as a staircase, (1) the handle of the lock pin 3d of the use auxiliary step 3 is operated downward, and the connection between the auxiliary step 3 and the fixing plate 4a of the upper arm 4 is released.
[0022]
{Circle around (2)} Next, the hanging metal fitting 13 at the rear part of the loading platform 10 is removed, and the rear turn 1 is opened backward to 90 degrees due to the restriction of the chain 14 and is made horizontal.
[0023]
{Circle around (3)} When the rear turn 1 is opened, the upper arm 4 moves up and back with the auxiliary step 3 while the upper arm 4 is standing up.
[0024]
(4) When the upper arm 4 moves downward and rearward, the lower arm 5 opens 90 degrees backward with the hinge 2a as a fulcrum and becomes horizontal. The movement of the upper arm 4 and the lower arm 5 is a substantially U-shaped rotation.
[0025]
(5) In the above series of movements, the rear turn 1, the upper arm 4 and the lower arm 5 are just a combination as a parallel link mechanism, so that stable and smooth rotation is possible and a strong structure is achieved. It has become.
[0026]
Then, when the lower arm 5 becomes horizontal and the rotation stops in the above operation process, the auxiliary step 3 that has moved in synchronization with the upper arm 4 is separated from the upper part of the upper arm 4 by inertia. In some cases, the pin 7 may be opened rearward from the fulcrum. If this is not the case, if the upper portion of the auxiliary step 3 is slightly pulled backward, the auxiliary step 3 simply opens the pin 7 backward from the fulcrum.
[0027]
At this time, the auxiliary step 3 has its U-shaped tip portion of the vertical beam 3b abutted against the lower surface of the tip portion of the lower arm 5 by the length L, so that further rotation is restricted. Can be used as a stairway between the rear turn 1 and the ground surface GL because it stops at 90 degrees rearward and remains in a horizontal state with the rear turn 1 and is positioned behind the rear turn 1.
[0028]
In the above, the release of the connection between the auxiliary step 3 and the fixing plate 4a of the upper arm 4 by the operation of the lock pin 3d is performed in the first stage, but it may be performed in the last stage.
[0029]
In addition, since the inner side of the loading platform 1 and the auxiliary step 3 are used as stairs, the surface may be provided with unevenness for preventing slipping.
[0030]
Next, when the auxiliary step 3 is not used as a staircase, (1) the hook 13 at the rear part of the loading platform 10 is removed while maintaining the connection between the auxiliary step 3 and the fixing plate 4a of the upper arm 4 by the handle of the lock pin 3d. The rear end 1 is opened backward to 90 degrees due to the restriction of the chain 14.
[0031]
{Circle around (2)} When the rear turn 1 is opened, the upper arm 4 is moved up and moved backward with the auxiliary step 3 while the upper arm 4 is standing up.
[0032]
(3) When the upper arm 4 moves downward and rearward, the lower arm 5 opens 90 degrees backward with the hinge 2a as a fulcrum and becomes horizontal.
[0033]
(4) In the process of the above operation, the auxiliary step 3 moves in synchronization with the upper arm 4 and maintains the rising state in a state in which the upper parts are not separated from each other. It does not get in the way when the body is back on the platform.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As a result of adopting the above-described structure, the rearward structure of the rear part of the loading platform in the truck according to the present invention has the following effects.
[0035]
In other words, when the rear end is opened, the auxiliary step is easily kept level with the rear end and is located behind the rear end, so that it can be used as an auxiliary staircase for rear end, and it is safe and easy to load and unload luggage. Can do.
[0036]
Further, when the auxiliary step is not used as a staircase, the auxiliary step is set on the inner side from the end portion of the rear end even if the rear end is opened, and there is no hindrance when the vehicle body is returned to the platform.
[0037]
Further, the combination of the rear turn, the upper arm, and the lower arm enables a stable and smooth movement as a parallel link mechanism, and a tough structure is obtained.
