尺材1の案内溝9aを設け、長尺材1を固定する取付部
9bを設ける。アーム6には主歯車4を中心として回動

か、中間歯車7または従動歯車8の歯車軸に油圧モータ
等で回転駆動を与えて作動させる。 上記溝付き長尺材
の曲げ装置において心材の挿’入された長尺材は一端が
回転型9に案内溝9a内に固定案内され、固定型5の案
内溝5aに案内され、ストレッチ部材2で移動に伴つて
ストレッチが加えられる。長尺材1の移動は、回動部1
0の作動によりアーム6を回動し、主歯車4、中間歯・
車7、従動歯車8の歯車列により回転型9が回動するこ
とによつて行われる。この移動により長尺材1は回転型
9の周りに曲げられると共に固定型5の周りに案内され
て曲げられる。アーム6を所定の位置迄回動させて曲げ
加工を終了した時点でストレッチ部材2の挾持を解除す
ると共に回転型9の取付部9aを解除すれば、S字型に
曲げられた長尺材1を取り外すことができる。以上詳述
した通り、この発明によれば長尺材の両側に位置する曲
率半径中心を有する曲げ加工を1回の動作で完了させる
ことができるという効果を奏すると共に曲げ加工中に長
尺材にストレッチを掛けた状態で曲げ加工を行なうので
、変形やしわの発生を防止して良好な曲げ加工を行なう
