Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an immediate feeding-out of hot water a little volume of cold water even in case of initial application of hot water by a method wherein in case of performing a heat exchanging operation between the steam and the cold water, the heat exchanging surfasce is mounted in a flowing water. CONSTITUTION:Cold water coming from a tap water pipe 14 becomes steam heated by a heater source 1 at an operator's heat exchanger 9 and further becomes hot water heated by steam reached to a radiater 9-a. With the thermal solenoid shut-off valve 8, steam from the heater source 1 opens or closes the passage reached to the operator's heat exchanger 9 or a heat exchanger for bath by a packing B-e. The driving source is operated such that an application of electric current to a solenoid coil 8-a causes a movable iron piece 8-d to be suctioned in a leftward direction and the packing 8-e causes the steam to be flowed. With such an arrangement as above, since the heat exchanger is placed in the flowing water, resulting in making a small-sized unit and thus it is possible to change over the tap water and the hot water with one faucet.

The objects of the present invention are (1) When hot water is supplied from a heat exchanger installed outdoors, when hot water is first used, the water from the outdoor heat exchanger to the faucet used indoors is cold water. To prevent this cold water from running out, make sure to use a little bit of cold water to get hot water right away when you use it for the first time. (2) Conventional hot water supply systems are usually equipped with tap water faucets and hot water faucets. This faucet is made into one and can be switched between tap water and hot water. That's true.

Water coming from the tap water pipe 14 is heated by the heat source device 1 and becomes steam, and is heated by the steam that reaches the radiator 9-a to become hot water. The feature of this heat exchanger is that the area in contact with water has a small heat exchange area because the water is flowing, and as shown in the cross-sectional view in Figure 2B at the bottom, the surface area for water vapor to drip inside is increased. However, the area for heat exchange with outside water becomes smaller.

Steam from the heat source device 1 is transferred to the local heat exchanger 9 by packing 8-C. and the passage leading to the heat exchanger (not shown) for the bath 20. The driving source is that the movable iron piece s-d is attracted to the left by passing a current through the electromagnetic coil 8-a, and the gasket 8-a is attracted to the left side.
-c allows the water vapor flow to pass through. When the current of the electromagnetic coil 8-a is cut off, the movable iron piece s-d is moved by the spring 8-C.
Push the gasket 8-C to the right to block the water vapor flow.

The structure is such that turning it counterclockwise turns a variable resistor. (Not shown) Therefore, the hot water can be set and the amount of combustion gas can be adjusted using this variable resistor. For example, when using hot water first thing in the morning in the washroom, immediately after waking up in the morning, turn on the gas heat source device 1 (not shown) to preheat it. When hot water is needed in the sink 21 of the washroom, pull the remote control switch 12 next to the sink 21 and set the knob to the appropriate temperature position.

When the faucet 10 above the sink basin 21 is turned on and water is turned on, hot water at an appropriate temperature comes out immediately after a little cold water comes out. The water vapor flow starts when the remote control switch 12 is turned on.
Thermal electromagnetic cutoff valve 8 opens and connects the heat source device 1 to the piping 2-5-1-7.
The water passes through the thermal electromagnetic cutoff valve 8 and reaches the heat exchanger 9, where the heat is carried away by the tap water and the water roars through the thermal electromagnetic cutoff valve 8. Piping 7-5-2
and returns to the heat exchanger of heat source device 1. The heat source device 1 is set so that the temperature of the tap water heated by this cycle is set to the value set by the variable resistor of the remote control switch 12.
