ここで、追焚用燃焼部22は、浴槽3および床暖房循環用温水のお湯の設定温度が保てるように、循環水タンク27の湯の戻り温水温度を検出して、燃焼を制御する。

なお、本実施例のように外壁貫通設置型の給湯付風呂釜を使用した場合には、壁貫通型の給湯付風呂釜と暖房パネル35はどちらも浴室4の内部に位置することになるため、施工からメンテナンスに至るまでの作業を簡易化でき、また、温水循環のための床暖房用循環ポンプ26を小型化でき、さらには循環路が短くなるので床暖房中の放熱ロスを少なくすることができる効果が得られる。
また、本実施例では、暖房パネル35を浴室4の洗い場の床面に配設してあるが、この設置場所は浴室4の内部であれば、浴室床面又は壁面等特に限定するものではない。
