Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、電子腕時計の転換機の磁気遮蔽板の取付構造
に関するものである。
従来電子腕時計のモータの回転に影響する外部からの磁
気を遮蔽するために磁気遮蔽板を地板、受、裏ブタ等に
取付けているが、そのために時計の厚さおよび形が厚く
大きくなるという欠点があつた。
本考案は従来の欠点を除去したものであって、磁気遮蔽
を確実に行うとともに時計の外形をできるだけ薄く小型
にした電子腕時計を提供することを目的とするものであ
る。
本考案の実施例を図面について説明する。
１は電子時計のムーブメントの地板、２は地板１の一側
面に取付けたモータのステータ（コイルブロックの磁心
）、３は地板１の他側面に取付けた磁気遮蔽板、４は地
板１、ステータ２および磁気遮蔽板３を固定するねじピ
ン、５ステータ２を固定するねじを示す。
磁気遮蔽板３には地板１にあけたねじピン挿入穴９より
も大径のねじピン挿入穴があけられ、この六６は、遮蔽
板３を地板１に取付けた状態で外側面側を大径に、内側
面側を小径に形成した傾斜穴６としである。
ねじピン４は、その一端に前記遮蔽板３の傾斜穴６に合
致する傾斜面７を外周に形成した頭部８が形成され、ま
た、頭部８は地板面へ突き当る度決め用役部８ａを有し
、しかも前記頭部８は、前記遮蔽板３の板厚と同等また
はそれより少ない厚みとなしている。
そして、ねじピン４の他端には、ステータ側からねじ付
ける固定ねじ５のめねじ１０が形成されている。
従って、地板１の一側面に磁気遮蔽板３を当て、ねじピ
ン４を磁気遮蔽板３の外方より傾斜穴６に押し込み、傾
斜穴６の傾斜面にねじピン４の頭部８の傾斜面７を一致
させ、ねじピン４を地板の穴９に打ち込み地板１の一側
面に磁気遮蔽板３を支持固定する。
地板に対してステータの固定は、前記ねじピン４の段部
８ａとステータ側から前記ねじピン４へねじ込んだ固定
ねじ５との間で地板１とステータ２とが重合固定される
。
この場合、地板１とステータ２との間にはねじピン４と
固定ねじ５とのねじ込み力によって強い締付力が加えら
れるが、磁気遮蔽板３にはねじピン４の段部８ａの変法
めの存在により必要以上の力が加えられず、ねじピン４
の傾斜面７が磁気遮蔽板３の傾斜穴６に合致し、これに
より磁気遮蔽板３を地板１へ支持固定する。
この固定状態において４の頭部８は、その厚みにより磁
気遮蔽板３の外側へ突出せず、傾斜穴６内に収容される
こととなる。
本考案は、上記のごとく構成したから、地板に当てた磁
気遮蔽板はステータを地板に取付けるねじピン４によっ
て一体に取付けることができ、しかもその取付は、磁気
遮蔽板にねじピン４の締付力を必要以上加えることなく
、比較的軟い磁気遮蔽板を地板へ支持することができ、
さらには、磁気遮蔽板の固定の為に他に特別な固定部材
を必要とせず、かつ、前記ねじピン４の頭部が磁気遮蔽
板の傾斜穴内にあって外方に突出しないから、その突出
しない砂時計を薄く構成できる効果を有する。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 地板の一方の面に磁心を含むステータを、地板の他方の
    面には磁気遮蔽板を重ね合せ、これらを貫通ねじピンに
    よって一体に固定する構造において、前記ねじピンを挿
    入する磁気遮蔽板の穴は前記地板のねじピン挿入穴径よ
    りも大きく、かつ六周面は外方へ行くに従って広くなる
    傾斜面が形成され、また前記ねじピンの一端には、前記
    磁気遮蔽板の傾斜穴に合致する斜面を施した外周と地板
    面へ突き当る度決め用段部を有し、かつ前記磁気遮蔽板
    の板厚以下の厚みとなした頭部を設け、前記ねじピン頭
    部の段部を地板に突き合せ、ステータ側から前記ねじピ
    ンにねじ付けた締付ねじをねじ付けて地板とステータを
    重合固定すると共に、ねじピン頭部の斜面で磁気遮蔽板
    を地板へ支持固定したことを特徴とする電子時計の磁気
    遮蔽板固定装置。
