。Therefore, attempts have been made to immobilize the antithrombotic agent on the surface of the insertion device by physicochemical means, but it is difficult to immobilize the antithrombotic agent easily, its activity is impaired by the immobilization of the antithrombotic agent, and the amount of outflow is reduced. There are problems such as difficulty in control and inability to replenish supplies, making it ineffective.

。(c) Means for solving the problems The purpose of this invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems with blood vessel insertion devices. It has a structure in which an antithrombotic agent retaining layer with numerous micropores is provided at intervals, and the antithrombotic agent is filled between the insertion section and the retaining layer, and the antithrombotic agent is released from the microscopic pores of the retaining layer. It is made to ooze out.

There is no difficulty in treatment techniques such as too much or too little amount.

Since only a small amount of antithrombotic agent is used, there is far less risk of bleeding to the human body.
