第１図〜第２図は、複合容器製造に使用されるラベルの
例の平面図、第３図〜第４図は、それぞれ第１図〜第２
図に示したラベルを用いて製造された複合容器の斜視図
を示す。第５図〜第６図は、本考案に係るラベル供給装
置を備えた射出成形機の要部の一例の一部切り欠き側面
図であり、第５図は型締め時の状態、第６図は型開き時
の状態を示す。第７図〜第８図は、従来から知られてい
るラベル供給装置を備えた射出成形機の要部の一例の一
部切り欠き側面図であり、第７図は型締め時の状態、第
８図は型開き時の状態を示す。 図において、１．１１はそれぞれラベル、２は切れ目、
１２は折れ目、５．１５はそれぞれ上縁リブ、６，１６
はそれぞれ下縁リブ、７．１７は側壁リブ、２０はラベ
ル支持棒、２１は取り付はプレート、２２はラベル吸引
部、２３は吸引ゴム、２５はラベル落下溝、２７はラベ
ル押圧ブロック、２８はラベル振り分は具、２９はラベ
ル振り分は具用エアシリンダー、３８はラベル振り分は
具ピン、３９はラベルストッパー、４０はラベルストッ
パー用エアシリンダー、３３はラベル案内部、３４．３

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. あらかじめ所定形状にされたラベルを、複数枚重ねてラ
    ベル貯蔵部に保持し、真空源に通じる吸引口を有するラ
    ベル吸引部で、ラベル貯蔵部より一枚づつ吸引し、ラベ
    ル振り分は具を介して、射出成形金型に設置したラベル
    案内部に供給するラベル供給装置において、上記ラベル
    振り分は具は、ラベル供給位置にあるラベル案内部の真
    上に、ラベル案内部の複数の溝に対応する数の溝を設け
    、かつ、ラベル振り分は具ピンを支点としてその上側を
    一定範囲に振れる構造とされ、ラベル振り分は具の複数
    の溝の下には、この溝に対して直角の方向に、−前進、
    後退可能にラベルストッパーが設けられてなることを特
    徴とするラベル供給装置。
