In this masking method, a masking material cut out in a pattern is placed tightly on the surface of a plate-like object, and then granular paint is sprayed onto the masking material. However, this method has the disadvantage that the patterns that can be created are limited because it is not possible to obtain a different pattern within the pattern cut out in the masking material, and it also requires repeated use of the masking material. If this is done, granular paint will accumulate around the green area of the hollowed-out pattern, narrowing the pattern area and making the pattern unclear. In order to eliminate such unclear patterns, the masking material is replaced every time several plates are painted, or the masking material is constantly washed using a rotary method and used repeatedly. However, the former method requires batch-type processing, making continuous processing difficult, inefficient, and expensive, and the latter method requires large-scale equipment, complicating the work process.

After applying the paint in a pattern using a roller or screen, apply the granular paint to the entire surface of the plate-like object, dry the granular coating layer with a dryer, etc., and then spray walnut shells onto the surface of the plate-like object or use a brush. The feature is that the granular coating layer on the silicone resin coating thin layer coated in a pattern by a method such as printing is peeled off to form a concave pattern in the area. Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.

Example 1 A silicone resin solution with a viscosity of 100 to 20 ps mixed with a small amount of colored ink was printed on the surface of a plate-shaped object 1 in a pattern using a screen printing machine to form a pattern coating thin layer 2. Immediately, the entire surface of the plate-like object 1 including the pattern coated thin layer 2 is coated with white paint in granules at a rate of 200 tons using a spray gun to form a granular coating layer 3, and then the coated layer 3 is coated with a dryer. by 160℃, 1

As a result, only the granular coating layer 3 adhering to the thin pattern coating layer 2 is peeled off from the surface of the plate-like object 1 via the pattern coating layer 2, and the peeled portion has colored dents caused by the colored ink mixed in the silicone resin. A granular coated plate was obtained in which the pattern portion 4 was exposed and a granular coating layer 3 was applied to the surface of the plate except for the thin pattern coating layer 2.

Example 2 In Example 1, the silicone resin is applied alone in a pattern on the surface of the plate-like object 1, apart from the colored ink, but in this example, emulsion-type silicone resin: acrylic resin emulsion = A 1:1 mixture (viscosity of about 500 ps) was used as a thickening agent, and this was applied in a pattern on the surface of the plate 1 in the same manner as in Example 1 to form a pattern coated thin layer 2. A colored granular coating layer 3 was spray-coated over the entire surface of the plate-like article 1, and after the coated layer 3 was dried, the surface of the plate-like article 1 was uniformly brushed with a brush roll.

As a result, the part of the granular coating layer on the thin pattern coating layer 2 is peeled off smoothly, and the surface of the plate only in the portion of the thin pattern coating 2 is exposed in a pattern, and the granular coating layer is formed on the other surfaces of the plate. A coated board on which 3 clearly appeared was obtained. As is clear from these examples, the present invention interposes a thin layer containing a silicone resin with excellent base-forming properties between the plate-like material and the granular coating layer to form the granular coating layer on the thin layer. This method takes advantage of the fact that it has better releasability than a granular coating layer that is directly attached to a silicone material. Resin template agents have extremely good permeability, so if granular coating is not applied immediately after applying a thin layer of pattern coating using the resin alone, the silicone resin will penetrate into the plate in a short period of time, resulting in poor peelability of the granular coating. In addition, because silicone resin generally has a low viscosity, if it is applied alone to a screen, it will flow too much and the pattern will become blurred.

In this case, as described in Example 2, a relatively high viscosity lacquer solution made by mixing silicone resin with acrylic resin emulsion, vinegar bee emulsion, etc. is used, and a pattern is drawn on the plate with this solution. If the fuzzy silicone resin is retained in the vinegar emulsion or the like, its penetration into the plate-like object is suppressed, and the mixed silicone resin is effectively 100% effective in releasing the granular coating layer from the plate-like object. It is more preferable because it can reduce the amount of expensive silicone resin used and improve the releasability of the granular coating layer to obtain a clearer pattern. In this case, emulsion type silicone resin is used. do. In addition, in the present invention, if a plate-like object made of a material with low water absorption and moisture absorption ability or a plate-like object whose surface has been subjected to penetration prevention treatment is used, even if a pattern coated layer of silicone resin alone is formed, it will be sufficient. Of course, it is possible to obtain a granular coated board having a clear uneven pattern. As described above, the present invention applies a solution made of silicone resin alone or a mixture of silicone resin and appropriate coloring agents and other synthetic resins to the surface of a plate-like object in a pattern, and then applies the pattern-applied thin layer. A granular coating material is applied to the entire surface of the plate-like object, and after drying of this granular coating layer, the surface of the plate-like object is rubbed by an appropriate means such as brushing to remove the granular coating layer on the pattern-coated thin layer. Since this method relates to a method for manufacturing a granular painted board with an uneven pattern, which is characterized by peeling silicone resin from the surface of a board using a template agent, it does not require complicated and large-scale equipment as required for conventional masking methods. This eliminates the need for printing on the surface of a plate using a screen, etc., and enables continuous production using simple, small-scale equipment, from printing on the surface of a plate to brushing. Also, a thin layer coated with a release pattern using silicone resin can be applied to a screen or an engraved roll. etc., it is possible to obtain complex patterns that cannot be obtained by masking methods. Moreover, the granular coating layer that adheres to the pattern can be easily peeled off by brushing, etc. using silicone resin as a molding agent. The part forms a concave pattern, and the other granular coating layer has a convex pattern, and both pattern parts form a convex and convex pattern on the surface.
