Abstract

PURPOSE:To accurately and rapidly remove paint only to be removed, by spraying fine particles onto an objective body coated with paint to peel off the paint from a predetermined part. CONSTITUTION:Colored UV resin 3 is applied onto the entire surface of a glass plate 2 and cured by ultraviolet irradiation from an ultraviolet applicator 4. Then, a steel template 5 in which cut-out parts 5a are latticedly formed is stuck fast onto the resin 3, and the surface of said resin 3 only to be peeled off is exposed through the cut-out parts 5a while covering the other surface part with the template 5. Fine particles such as fine sand or cast iron particles are sprayed thereto from the upside by a sprayer 6 to peel off the unnecessary UV resin 3, and then the template 5 is taken away. Thus, a decorative plate 1 on which a stripped pattern is formed by the colored UV resin 3 is obtained. Further, the fine particles to be sprayed has a particle size of about No. 300-600.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Personal items such as decorations and electrical appliances are often painted with paint in order to protect their surfaces and improve their aesthetics. Conventional methods for painting objects with desired patterns such as figures and letters include, for example, attaching a template with the desired pattern cut out to the painting surface, and spraying the paint with a machine, or applying the paint with a brush. However, with this method, the paint flows on the painted surface and the pattern tends to collapse, especially when the mold plate is removed from the painted surface after painting is finished. Until the paint has hardened to a certain extent, it is necessary to prevent the paint from flowing and distorting the pattern.
Workability was poor because the object had to be left still. Furthermore, the paint also adheres to the mold during painting, making it impossible to use the mold many times. Furthermore, there are cases where painting an object fails and it is desired to remove the applied paint. Conventionally, in such cases, a method of wiping off the chemical paint with a solvent has been adopted. However, this method not only has poor workability and requires time and effort to remove, but also tends to cause the painted surface to deteriorate due to the solvent. Furthermore, it is difficult to accurately remove only the portions that need to be removed, and portions that do not need to be removed tend to be wiped off at the same time. A method has also been adopted in which the areas where the coating failed is scraped off using a knife or the like, but this method also has the same drawbacks as mentioned above, especially when scraping off the paint, the painted surface is easily damaged. In addition, in recent years, radiation-cured resins such as ultraviolet (TRV)-cured resins and IP electron beam (EB)-cured resins have been used as coating materials for various articles in place of general chemical coatings. Resin has continuous hardening properties and has extremely strong physical strength after hardening, but on the other hand, there is no solvent that can dissolve it and its physical strength is extremely strong, so it is extremely difficult to scrape it off with a knife, etc. If painting with mw resin fails, there is no effective means to remove it, and the article has the drawback of losing its commercial value.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in consideration of the above points, and is designed to peel off the paint by spraying fine particles onto the paint applied to the object using a machine. This makes it possible to accurately and quickly remove only the paint that needs to be removed.
In particular, it is possible to easily remove the radiation-cured resin, which has been difficult to remove in the past.0 Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a decorative plate formed by the present method described later, and a striped pattern is formed on a glass plate 2 using colored UV resin 3. In forming this decorative plate 1, as shown in FIG.
The trys fat 3 is cured by irradiating it with ultraviolet rays. Next, as shown in FIG. 2(b), a steel mold plate 5 (see FIG. 3) in which cutouts 5a are formed in a lattice shape is closely attached to the resin 3, so that only the surface to be peeled and removed is removed. It is exposed from the cutout part 5a, and the other surface is covered with a mold plate 5, and from above, fine particles such as fine sand and pig iron particles are sprayed from above using a machine 6.The diameter of such fine particles is 300 to 600. Use. The fine particles hit the UV resin 3 exposed from the cutout portion 5a and partially peel off the UV resin 3. Once the unnecessary IJY resin 3 is peeled off and removed in this way, softening of the particles is stopped and the mold plate 5 is removed (Fig. 2(c)).
Reference) 0 The above decorative plate 1 is formed in this manner, and since only the unnecessary portions of the UV resin 3 are peeled off and removed accurately and quickly, the finished pattern is extremely good. In addition, the template 5 can be used many times until it wears out.
Further, all the steps from the coating process to the peeling process of the U4 resin 3 can be performed automatically, and the workability is extremely high.

FIGS. 5(a) and 5(b) show another embodiment of the present invention, in which a mold plate 2o in which an rFJ-shaped cutout 20a is formed is placed on an object 21 using a hardened EB resin. 22
The surface layer of the exposed portion of the EBm fat 22 is peeled off and removed by applying fine particles to the surface of the EBm fat 22, thereby forming the letter "A". In addition, FIGS. 6(a) and 6(b) show that an rl'J-shaped template 30 is brought into close contact with the EB resin 32 that has been cured on the object 31, and fine particles are ejected onto the exposed portion of the SIB resin 32. The above-mentioned embodiments, in which six characters rFJ are formed by peeling off the surface layer of 0, are advantageous when desired characters are formed on the outer surface of the main body case of various electrical devices, for example. Moreover, FIGS. 7(a) and 7(b) show a large number of small holes 40a.
The mold plate 40 on which has been formed is brought into close contact with the IDBW resin 42 that has been hardened and formed on the object 41, and fine particles are sprayed onto it.
The surface layer of the B resin 42 is partially peeled off to form an uneven pattern on the painted surface, and this method forms relatively minute anti-slip unevenness on the grip of an electric shaver, microphone, etc. This is advantageous in such cases.
