Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a personal ornament frame which is fixed firmly and generates to joint by overlapping frame materials consisting of each different metal, fixing them temporarily, and thereafter, forming them as one body by applying a pressure from the upper and lower parts, and removing a part projected from the joint part. CONSTITUTION:A frame material 7 consisting of gold or a gold alloy, and a frame material 8 consisting of platinum or a platinum alloy are formed by means of punching, etc., its warp is reformed by annealing, and thereafter, they are overlapped and fixed temporarily by brazing, etc. Subsequently, pressure is applied from the upper and lower parts to the fixed frame materials 7, 8 by a force of about 120-130 tons and they are formed as one body. A part protruded from a joint part of these pressurized frame materials 7, 8 is removed by rapping, and it is possible to obtain a personal ornament frame which generates no joint of the frame materials 7, 8, whose surface has luster of an extent that its polishing is scarcely required, whose hardness is raised, and which has an extremely high-grade sense.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing jewelry pieces in which dissimilar metals such as gold and platinum are overlaid and integrated.

BACKGROUND ART In recent years, bracelets, necklaces, watch bands, and the like have been proposed, each of which has a plurality of connected pieces made of different metals on the front and back sides.

このようなブレスレット等は表裏面をそれぞれ使用する

Such bracelets can be used on both the front and back sides, and can also give off a luxurious feel.

しかしながら、従来のこの種のブレスレット等に使用さ

However, the pieces used in conventional bracelets and the like of this type are simply made by joining two types of metals together, and it is difficult to hide the seams between the metals.

このため、高級感が損われることにもなった。This also resulted in a loss of luxury.

また、2種類の金属は、その間に介在する接合部材によ

In addition, two types of metals are bonded by a bonding member interposed between them, so the bonding force is weak.
When two types of metals are put together and then subjected to polishing or other processing, they sometimes separate. The present invention solves the drawbacks of the conventional example and makes it stronger by temporarily bonding two different metals such as gold and platinum, and then applying pressure to them and integrating them to form a piece. The purpose of this invention is to provide a method for manufacturing pieces for jewelry that are fixed and have no seams.

以下図面に基づいて本発明の一実施例を説明する。An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings.

First, as shown in FIG. 2, a bridge material 7 made of gold or a gold alloy and a bridge material 8 made of platinum or a platinum alloy are prepared.

At this time, all joint surfaces of the bridge members 7 and 8 may be fixed with brazing material, but it is sufficient to fix them at one or several places.

After being pressurized, the joined portion of the bridge material 7.8 protrudes as shown in FIG. 4, so it is removed by cutting out the mold.
The surface of the piece formed in this way has a gloss that does not require polishing, but it can be polished for a more beautiful finish.

The piece formed through such a process is made of upper and lower piece materials 7.
The 8 pieces are integrated without any seams. In addition, since high pressure is applied to the pieces, their hardness increases, and the glossy surface can be increased with just a simple finishing. According to the present invention, the bridge materials such as gold and platinum can be firmly joined, so that the bridge materials do not separate during the process after joining, and the bridges are formed into a figure 8 shape after the bridge is formed. The upper and lower piece materials do not separate even when deformed into shapes such as the above, and pieces of various shapes can be formed.

Furthermore, even pieces made of metals with different elongation rates, such as gold and platinum, can be reliably joined, and gold alloys and platinum alloys that have a gold color can also be used.

Furthermore, even if the shape of the bridge material is somewhat imprecise, the shape can be adjusted by applying pressure to the bridge material, and the quality can be improved. As described above, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing jewelry pieces that have an extremely high-class feel.
