PURPOSE:To facilitate the supplementation and replacement of sheets of record paper by installing a stopper which regulates the rear end part of said sheets of record paper contained in a paper feeding unit, on its base part and making said base part movable along a longitudinally provided guide rail. CONSTITUTION:In a paper feeding device which can contain many sheets of record paper p, a stopper 43, which regulates the rear end part of the many sheets of record paper contained in the paper feeding unit, is provided at the lower part of an elevating table 41 on which the sheets of record paper are loaded. A stopper mounting base 48 on which said stopper 43 is installed is movable along a longitudinally provided guide rail 47A. As a result, the supplementation and replacement of sheets of record paper can be made easier, while any erroneous copying operation can be prevented since the size of the loaded sheets of record paper is automatically indicated.

いて、之に夫々記録紙力セラ)4A、4Bを装着し、必
要に応じて内部の記録紙Pを1枚宛搬出し、転写°定着
したのち排紙トレイ5に排出する。多数枚給紙ユニット
1はこの給紙を増強するために設けたもので、カセット
よりも更に多数枚の記録紙Pを内蔵し、前記のカセット
と選択的に1枚宛の記録MPが搬出される。搬出された
記録紙Pは給紙通路6を通り、トナー像を担持した感光
体ドラム7に同期して接触し、トナー像の転写が行なわ
れたのち感光体ドラム7から分離し、定着装置8によっ
てトナー像の定着がなされて排殺トレイ5に排出される
。この多数枚給紙ユニット1を付加的に設けることによ
って、複写機2はカセットの交換を行なうことなく、多
数枚かつ多数サイズの複写を連続的に行なうことができ
る。
