Claims (1)
位置がニュートラルにあることを検出して駆動信号を出
力する始動操作検出手段と、エンジンの出力軸に直結さ
れたスタータモータと、スタータモータの通電電流を検
出することにより該スタータモータの負荷状態を判別し
て駆動停止信号を出力するモータ状態検出手段と、イグ
ニッションスイッチによる初期始動時および駆動信号が
入力されたときエンジン始動信号を出力し、駆動停止信
号が入力されると該エンジン始動信号の出力を停止する
エンジン制御回路と、エンジン始動信号に基づいてスタ
ータモータへの通電を制御するモータ制御回路と、を備
え、前記スタータモータが環状に配設固定された電機子
巻線と、電機子巻線の内周部に対向して環状に配設固定
された界磁巻線と、エンジンの出力軸に連結されて回転
するとともに電機子巻線と界磁巻線との間に位置す′
る歯状部を有する第１０−タと、第１０−タの歯状部と
所定間隔を隔てて互いに噛合する歯状部を有する第２０
−夕と、第１０−夕と第２０−タとを連結してこれらと
一体回転する連結部材と、を有し、界磁巻線の通電によ
り第１０−タと第２０−タの歯状部にその回転方向に沿
って互いに異なる磁極を交互に誘導することを特徴とす
