Traditionally, it has been used as a painting material to transfer pictures onto the surface of molded products such as plastic molded products and anodized aluminum molded products.
A dry transfer material that transfers the transfer layer onto the transfer material during heat transfer, a wet transfer material that dissolves the water-soluble release layer with water and slides the transfer layer onto the transfer material, or a pattern layer that is included in the pattern layer during heating. Sublimation transfer materials are widely known, in which a sublimable dye is sublimated to transfer a picture onto an object to be transferred.

However, the dry transfer material, which uses opaque pigments to provide a pattern layer all over the surface, does not leave a shadow of the opaque pigments on the plastic molded product, etc., and uses force to create a seamless transfer pattern even in the areas where the transfer paper is overlapped with each other. However, in the dry transfer material or wet transfer material in which a transparent pigment is used to provide a pattern layer over the entire surface, the pattern layer overlaps at the overlapping part between the transfer painting start part and the decoration end part, and only the overlapping part is overlapped. There was a problem that the color density became deep.

Furthermore, when a sublimation transfer material is used to decorate a plastic molded product, anodized aluminum molded product, etc., the pattern may become blurred or Even if the sheet-shaped sublimation transfer material is carefully placed on the transferred painting material, the sublimation transfer material will expand and contract due to the heat during heat transfer painting, causing the seams of the sublimation transfer material to overlap and rise. There have been problems such as minute spaces are created due to the thickness of the sublimation transfer material and the design is blurred, or the seams of the sublimation transfer material are cut off and non-painted areas are formed in a linear shape.

As a result of intensive research to solve this problem, the present inventor found that the metal thin film layer impedes the migration of the heat-transferable colorant contained in the pattern layer, and based on this knowledge, the present invention was developed. It has been completed.

以下図面を用いて本発明を詳細に説明する。The present invention will be explained in detail below using the drawings.

First, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the seamless painting material of the present invention is made of films such as polyester, cellophane, etc.
A peeling layer 2 is provided on a basic sheet made of paper such as parchment paper, coated paper, or a composite material thereof, which can be peeled off or dissolved according to transfer conditions such as heating and pressing, applying pressure, and adding moisture. A metal thin film layer 3 made of a metal such as aluminum by vacuum evaporation is provided on the release layer 2, and a pattern layer 4 containing a coloring agent that thermally transfers when heated is further provided, and an adhesive layer is further provided as necessary. It has a layered structure with 5 layers. Next, we will explain how to use the seamless painting material of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 3, the seamless decorative material is applied to a transfer material 6 such as a plastic molded product or an anodized aluminum molded product, and heated and pressed by a heating loaf 7 or the like is applied to the base sheet 1. Transfer layers such as a peeling layer 2, a metal thin film layer 3, and a pattern layer 4 containing a heat-transferable colorant are transferred onto the surface of the painted village 9 so that the transfer start part and the transfer end part overlap.

Thereafter, when the material to be painted is heated, the heat-transferable coloring agent contained in the pattern layer 4 is transferred into the material to be painted and applied to the surface of the material to be painted. At this time, the metal thin film layer 3 on the pattern layer 4 in contact with the surface of the material 6 to be painted prevents the heat-transferable colorant contained in the pattern layer 4 on the outer periphery in the overlapping portion from being transferred to the material to be painted. In the area where the transfer layers overlap, the color density of the painting material does not increase. Next, by removing the transfer layer remaining on the surface of the painting material 6 with a solvent or buffing, a seamless pattern can be applied to the painting material 6' as shown in FIG.

In other words, if the object to be painted is a molded object made of polyester resin, use a disperse dye, if it is a molded object made of acrylic resin, use a basic dye, and if the object is an anodized aluminum molded object, use a dispersed material. , acid dyes, etc. are preferably used. Examples of the resin binder of the pattern layer 4 containing a heat transferable colorant include acrylic resin, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, and the like. thermoplastic resins can be used. When the resin binder of the pattern layer 4 described above cannot be temporarily bonded to the painting material 6, it can be bonded to the bush painting material 6! It is possible to provide the adhesive layer 5 by selecting a resin with good properties. However, when providing the adhesive layer,
It is preferable to make the thickness of the adhesive layer as thin as possible so that it does not become an obstacle to the transfer of the heat-transferable colorant. Preferably,
The thickness of the adhesive layer 5 is 5 mm or less. The metal thin film layer of the present invention can be provided with metal such as aluminum, copper, gold, titanium, etc. by various methods such as vacuum evaporation method and ion sputtering method.

The metal thin film layer that can be applied in the present invention is present between the release layer and the pattern layer, and in the overlapping area of the transfer layer, the heat transferable colorant contained in the pattern layer on the outside of the painting material is removed. It is something that hinders the transition. As explained above, in the present invention, since the metal thin film layer that becomes an obstacle to the transfer of the heat-transferable colorant is provided between the pattern layer containing the heat-transferable colorant and the release layer, the plastic molded body and the anode Even if the transfer layer is once overlapped on the aluminum oxide molded body or the like and the heat-transferable colorant is thermally transferred, the overlapping portion becomes a seamless and clear pattern.

1. Layer the seamless painting material using the same resin binder and solvent as (A) on the surface of a metal tube whose surface has been baked with polyester film resin, and transfer using a roller transfer machine for 23 minutes.
After transferring the pattern layers at a temperature of 0.0 mm and a speed of 10 cm/sec so that the pattern layers partially overlap, the decorative material was heat-treated for 200 mm/sec to transfer the heat-transferable colorant in the pattern layer into the polyester film resin. , the pattern layer was removed by buffing.
