Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the release at an overlapping part by providing an adhesive layer composed of either one of polyethylene and an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin even to the other surface not provided with a decorative layer of a transparent film by an extrusion laminating method. CONSTITUTION:A transparent film l acts as the support of a decorative layer 2 and an adhesive layer 3 before a decorating film 4 is bonded to the surface of the body part of a polyethylene container 5 and acts as the protective layer of the decorative layer 2 after the decorating film 4 is bonded. The transparent film l is formed using a polyethylene terephthalate resin, an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin, a polypropylene resin or a polyvinyl alcohol resin. The adhesive layer 3 is formed to the entire surface having the decorative layer 2 formed thereto of the transparent film 1 and an adhesive layer 3 composed of polyethylene or an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin is provided even to the other surface opposite to the surface having the decorative layer 2 formed thereto of the transparent film 1 by an extrusion laminating method. By this adhesive layer 3, the overlapping part of the winding start part and winding completion part of the decorating film 4 can be sufficiently bonded.

For example, a decorative film 4 having a decorative layer 2 provided on one surface of a transparent film 1 and an adhesive layer 3 provided on the entire surface of the transparent film 1 on which the decorative layer 2 is provided is used. (Refer to FIG. 4), after being wrapped around the body of the polyethylene tube container 5 via the adhesive layer 3, the adhesive layer 3 is adhered by applying heat and pressure enough to make the adhesive layer 3 sticky, and the winding start portion and the winding end portion There is a decorative polyethylene tube container 6 that overlaps (see FIGS. 5 and 6). As the material of the adhesive layer 3, polyethylene or ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin having good adhesion to the polyethylene tube container 5 is used. Further, as the material of the transparent film 1, polyethylene terephthalate resin, ethylene vinyl copolymer resin, polypropylene resin or the like is used from the viewpoint of easy followability to the deformation of the container and protection of the decorative layer 2.

Since the adhesive layer 3 made of the above material does not have an adhesive force with the transparent film 1 made of the above material at a temperature at which it becomes tacky, the adhesive layer 3 is extruded while extruding the molten adhesive resin. Was formed in close contact on the transparent film by the extrusion laminating method for forming.

However, since the adhesive layer at the winding end portion of the decorative film overlaps the transparent film at the winding start portion of the decorative film, a sufficient adhesive force can be obtained at the overlapping portion. Absent. Therefore, there is a problem that the decorative film is peeled off at the overlapping portion.
On the other hand, in order to improve the adhesion, it is sufficient to apply heat pressure or more to the extent that the adhesive layer becomes tacky, but in this case, there was a problem that the shape of the polyethylene tube container itself is distorted. .

The decorative layer 2 is formed on the transparent film 1. The decoration layer 2 is formed by using a coloring ink in which ordinary dyes and pigments are mixed in a resin binder and by a printing method such as screen printing or gravure printing or a coating method such as bar coating or spray coating. Further, the decorative layer 2 may be a metal vapor-deposited thin film of aluminum or the like and may exhibit a metallic luster pattern. Furthermore, both the decorative layer 2 having a colored pattern and the decorative layer 2 having a metallic luster pattern may be provided on the transparent film 1. To partially provide the decorative layer 2 having a metallic luster pattern, a metal vapor deposition thin film is formed on the transparent film 1, and a water-soluble resin layer made of sodium acrylate or the like is formed on the unnecessary portion of the metal vapor deposition thin film. The water-soluble resin layer and the metal vapor-deposited thin film on the water-soluble resin layer are removed by washing with water after forming the metal vapor-deposited thin film thereon.
If desired, anchor layers made of an olefin resin or the like may be provided above and below the decorative layer 2 having a metallic luster pattern.
