To provide a clean stove with a small amount of boiling liquid and overflow liquid that is surely received in a liquid saucer and does not stain the inside or bottom of the appliance.

In addition, it must be smaller than the inner diameter of the juice receiving portion of the soup saucer.

The liquid passes through the hole and falls into the saucepan.
勿論、熱板の熱により蒸発もする。Of course, it also evaporates due to the heat from the hot plate.
