Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 自動注湯機Ｐによって置注鋳造される鋳型１が製品
キャビティ３内への注湯が完了したことを検知するため
に湯口２とは別個の上端開口の湯上りポケット４及びこ
のポケット４内への湯上りを検知する手段５を具備せる
装置に於て、上記ポケット４は前記製品キャビティ３内
を注湯が十分に充填した注湯完了レベルで。より僅かに
上側の・レベル１１に整合して水平部４１を備え、この
水平部４１に注湯が上昇したことを前記検知手段５にて
検出しその信号によって前記自動注湯機Ｐによる注湯を
即刻停止せしめるようにしたことを特徴とする鋳型にお
ける注湯量制御装置。 ２ 検知手段５が湯上りポケット４の直上に配備した光
電管である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の注湯量
制御装置。 ３ 検知手段５が湯上りポケット４のレベルｌ□に整合
する位置の鋳型１内に装備された熱電対もしくは電極で
ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の注湯量制御装
置。 ４ 鋳型（１）が縦割りもしくは水平割り鋳型である実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の注湯量制御装置。
