の改良に係わり、鳩精率が94%以上に進行した際、精
白度を促進すると共に美麗な光沢白米を損精するために
工夫されたものである。すなわち、特に人為的な切替操
作等をせずに鳩精度が進行して摩擦精白作用の精白能率
が低下する鳩糟率94%以上の過程において加熱した水
分を温湯、温湿風、蒸気等の状態で添加し、米粒表面の
粒組織を軟質化して硬質層を剥離し易くし精白能率を高
めると共に、その後において平温もしくは低温の水分を
水、温風、蒸気等の状態で添加して米粒面の硬い澱粉質
を敏質化すると共に、粒々相互の摩擦作用によつて密面
化し、光沢発生の素地を生成しながら発生する糖分と水
