Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、使用後の食器を一定時間温水槽内に浸して
付着した米飯等をほぐし、食器洗浄機に入れる前処理と
して洗浄し易い状態にする食器浸漬槽に関する。
使用後の食器を洗浄する前に浸漬してお〈従来の食器浸
漬槽は、簡単な温水槽であるため、浸漬槽に投入される
食器の量が多くなると、これに付着していた米飯等の残
菜類が温水槽内に多量に浮遊して温水の汚れがひどくな
る問題があった。
この考案は上記の点にかんがみなされたもので、浸漬槽
内の残菜類を排除して常に汚れの少い状態で使用後の食
器を浸漬し得る食器浸漬槽の提供を目的とする。
以下、この考案の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
第１図は食器浸漬槽の平面図を、第２図はその断面説明
図を示したもので、１は食器の浸漬槽である。
浸漬槽１の底部には吸水口２が形成され、吸水口２は配
管により水ポンプ３に接続されている。
浸漬槽１の内部にはその長手方向に沿ってネットコンベ
ヤ４が敷設されている。
ネットコンベヤ４の搬送後端側は浸漬槽１円から上方へ
突出し、浸漬槽１の後部に並設された洗浄機５へ食器６
を送出し得るように構成されている。
７は浸漬槽１の前部に並設された残菜受槽である。
この残菜受槽７の浸漬槽１との境界壁は周囲の側壁に比
べ低く形成され、残菜受槽７の水がオーバーフローによ
り浸漬槽１へ流出する構造である。
残菜受槽７内には残菜を受けるためのかご状ネット９が
配設され、その底部には排水管８が接続され、残菜受槽
７の真上には水ポンプ３の吐出側に接続された配管１１
の吐出口１０が位置している。
したがって水ポンプ３の作用により、浸漬槽１の底部吸
水口２から吸水された水は配管１１を通って吐出口１０
から残菜受槽７に送水して浸漬槽１内の水を循環させる
ことになる。
次に、この食器浸漬槽の動作を説明する。
先ず、浸漬槽１内には温水が入れられ、水ポンプ３を駆
動してその中の温水を残菜受槽７から浸漬槽１へと循環
させる。
この作用により浸漬槽１内の温水は浸漬槽１の前部から
後部へ、つまりネットコンベヤ４の搬送方向に流れるこ
とになる。
そして、使用された食器６を浸漬槽１へ投入すると、食
器６は、浸漬槽１内を漂いながらゆっくりネットコンベ
ヤ４により搬送され、排出端から浸漬槽１の上方へ持ち
上げられて次の工程である洗浄機５内へ投入される。
浸漬槽１内で食器６から離れた残菜は、温水中を浮遊す
るうちに温水と共に吸水口２から水ポンプ３により吸引
されて配管１１を通って吐出口１０から残菜受槽７に入
る。
残菜受槽７内では温水のみがオーバーフローにより浸漬
槽１内へ戻され、残菜はかご状ネット９内に残留する。
残留した残菜がかご状ネット９の中にたまった場合には
適宜これを外部へ捨てることになるが、第４図に示すよ
うに、残菜受槽７内に残菜取出し用のコンベヤ１２を配
設してこれにより残菜受槽内にたまった残菜を外部へ排
出するようにすることもできる。
また、残菜受槽からの水ポンプを介して浸漬槽へ流すこ
とにより、浸漬槽内の水流を増すことができる。
以上のように、この考案に係る食器浸漬槽によれば、浸
漬槽の前部に残菜受槽を、オーバーフローにより該残菜
受槽の水が浸漬槽へ流出するように並設し浸漬槽の水を
残菜受槽へ戻すための水ポンプと配管を備え、浸漬槽内
に食器搬送用のネットコンベヤを配設して食器浸漬槽を
構成したから、浸漬槽の残菜をずい時残菜受槽に送って
常に汚れの少い状態で食器の浸漬を行なうことができる
と共に、残菜を効率的に集めて廃棄することができる。
また、浸漬槽内に食器の送出方向に向って水流が形成さ
れるから、食器をネットコンベヤにより送出し易くする
等の効果を奏する。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 浸漬槽の前部に残菜受槽をオーバーフロ・−により該残
    菜受槽の水が該浸漬槽へ流出するように並設し、該浸漬
    槽の水を該残菜受槽へ戻して該浸漬槽の前部から後部に
    向けて水流を形成するように水ポンプの吸水側の配管を
    該浸漬槽の底部に設けた吸水口に接続し且つ該水ポンプ
    の吐出側配管の吐出口を該残菜受槽の真上に配置し、該
    浸漬槽内に浮遊する食器を前部から後部へ搬出するネッ
    トコンベヤを該浸漬槽内に配設したことを特徴とする食
    器浸漬槽。
