Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）シールド層を最外層中間層最内層の３層構造にし
    た磁気シールドルームにおいて、前記最外層には高透磁
    率材と高導電材をもって、中間層には高透磁率材と高導
    電材をもって、算内層は高導電材のみをもって構成し、
    且つシールド層間を夫々電気的に絶縁したことを特徴と
    する磁気シールドルーム。
  2. （２）中間層の高透磁率材の厚さを、最外層の高透磁率
    材の層の２〜５倍にした前１項実用新案登録請求の範囲
    記載の磁気シールドルーム。
  3. （３）形状を２６面体とした前記１ならびに２項実用新
    案登録請求の範囲に記載した磁気シールドルーム。
