- 心線とシールド線との間に軟質の多孔質樹脂で
出来た第１絶縁層を介在させると共に前記第１絶
縁層の少なくとも外周側に硬質の絶縁物で出来た
第２絶縁層を介在させたことを特徴とする低静電
容量シールド線。
