量の計測装置に関するものである。

がある。第1図において、1は鋼板を搬送する搬送用ロ
ール、2は搬送用ロールを駆動する駆動機、3は搬送用
ロールの回転量を計測するロール回転量計測器、4は搬
送される鋼板、5は搬送される鋼板の先端位置を検出す
る鋼板先端検出器、6はロール回転量計測器3で計測し
たロールの回転量信号を積算する移動量計測回路、7は
鋼板先端検出器5より検出した先端検出信号により鋼板
先端検出器5の位置の設定値を移動量計測回路6に送る
ゲート回路である。

ール回転量計測器を使用して1個の鋼板の移動量のみし
か計測出来ないという欠点があった。この発明は上記の
ような従来のものの欠点を除去するためになされたもの
で多数の鋼板先端検出器を使用して鋼板の個数を検出し
、移動量計測回路に設定する設定値を各々の鋼板に対応
する移動量計測回路に設定することにより加工機械に多
数の鋼板を迅速に搬送し且つ正確に搬送する鋼板の位置
を計測できる移動量計測装置を提供する事を目的として
いる。

検出器5aの先端検出信号を減算信号として検出器5と
5aの間の鋼板の個数検出回路である。

および出側にそれぞれ設置されて鋼板の先端位置を検出
する鋼板先端検出器、上記入側の鋼板先端検出器の検出
信号を加算信号として出側の鋼板先端検出器の検出信号
を減算信号とすることにより搬送している鋼板の個数を
検出する鋼板個数検出回路、上記回転量計測器よりの回
転量信号により鋼板の移動量を計測する複数の移動量計
測回路を備え、上記鋼板先端検出器で鋼板の先端を検出
した時に鋼板個数に対応する移動量計測回路を動作させ
ることにより1台のロール回転量計測器に使用して多数
の搬送鋼板の移動量を個々に計測出来る事を特徴とした
移動量計測装置。
