Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は摺動体が往復摺動する基体外側の活動面に伸縮
自在のカバーを設けて摺動面を覆い、塵芥等の剛着を防
止するようにした活動面の保護装置１′ｊに関するもの
で、カバーが伸びてもたるみ或は揺動することなく摺動
面を完全に保護し得るようにしたものである。
次にその詳細を図示の実施例について説明すると、第１
図〜第４図においてｌは角棒状の基体、２はその外面に
角状の孔をもって摺動自在に被嵌された摺動体で、摺動
体２は所謂エア・スライドで、空気供給口３が穿設され
ていてこれがホース等を介し圧縮空気源に連結されてお
り、基体１の活動面１′と摺動体２の内周面の間には上
記空気供給口３を介して空気を吹込み、生ずる空気膜を
介して摺動体２を支持し、極めて円滑に摺動が行わノ１
．るようになっている。
而して基体１の摺動面１′の端部に設けた鍔部４゜４と
摺動体２の両側間にはゴム板１紙等からなる蛇腹状のカ
バー５，５が上記基体１の摺動面１′を覆い伸縮自在に
取付けられ、まだ鍔部４，４の間にはピアノ線の如き支
軸６が鍔部４に螺着した取付具７を介し基体長手方向の
摺動面１′に対しほぼ平行に張設されており、カバー５
の適当位置には支持具８が取伺けられ、この支持具８が
軸受９を介し支軸６に摺動自在に支持されている。軸受
９には小型のエア・スライドを使用することも可能でお
る。尚、第４図において、１０は摺動体２に穿設した支
軸６０貫通孔、１１．１１は同じく摺動体２に穿設され
、摺動体２が移動する際、伸縮する両側カバー５，５内
の空気が相互に流通するようにした流通孔、また１２．
１２は鍔部４，４にそれぞれ設けたエア・スライドから
の漏出空気の逃げ孔である。尚、図示しないが上記支軸
６け鍔部４．４を上方に延出する等により、カバー５，
５の外側に張設してこれに支持具８を支持せしめるよう
にしてもよく、この場合は摺動体２に支軸６の貫通孔を
設ける必要がない。第５図はカバー５の支持具として基
体１の摺動面１′に摺動自在に設けたエア・スライド８
′を使用した１例を示しく１３は空気供給口）、各エア
・スライド８′にはそれぞれカバー５内空気の流通孔１
４が設けられている。
Ｊｙ　バー５が長い場合などでは、このエア・スライド
８′に組合わせ、上側と同・窪適当位置に設けた支持具
８を介しカバー５をさらに支軸６に支持させるようにし
てもよい。
第６図および第７図は断面凸状の基体１に断面下向きコ
字状の摺動体２を設けた１例を示し、この場合も摺動体
２の両側に蛇腹状のカバー５，５を設け、カバー５の適
当位置には支持具８を取付けてこれを摺動面１′に平行
な支軸６に摺動自在に支持せしめているが、カバー５の
下縁は基体１の台１ａの上面近くまで延長され、支持具
８の両側も下方に延出されて基体１の基部前後に張設さ
れた支軸６／　、　６／／にそれぞれ摺動自在に支持さ
ｔしている。
１６は摺動体２の下縁部とカバー５，５の名取１７１部
の下部開口にかけて設けた蓋板で、取付部開口から外部
空気の流入を防ぎ、捷だこれによりカバー５，５内空気
が相互に流通する流通孔１７が形成される。尚、カバー
５，５の各下縁と台１ａの」二面間の間隙からカバー内
に外部空気の流入を防ぐだめ、各カバー５内に空気を供
給して同カバー５内の空気圧を外部よりやや高目に保持
するようにしてもよい。捷だ支持具８には第５図に示す
如きエア・スライドを使用することも可能である。
本発明の摺動面採掘装置は上述の如く、基体１の摺動面
端部４と摺動体２の間に該摺動面を晋う伸縮自在のカバ
ー５を設けたので摺動体２の摺動に伴い各カバー５，５
が伸縮して摺動面を覆い、この面を塵芥等から完全に保
護することができ、またカバー５の適当位置に支持具８
を取付け、これを摺動面もしくは摺動面にほぼ平行に設
けた支持部材６に摺動自在に支持せしめたから、カバー
５が延びた場合などでもたるみ、或は揺動して仕上げら
れた摺動面に接触し、とり、を傷付けるようなことがな
く、摺動体が常に円滑に摺動し得る利点を有している。
尚、摺動体２が複数の場合も、摺動体２と基体１の摺動
面端部４の間にカバー５を設けるほか、摺動体と摺動体
の間にも上側と同様に支持されたカバー５を設けて摺動
面を保護することができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 基体１の長手方向外面に摺動体２を摺動自在に設けた構
    造において、上記基体１の摺動面端部４゜４と摺動体２
    の間にそれぞれ該摺動面を覆う伸縮自在のカバー５，５
    を設けると共に、該カバー５をその適当位置に設けた支
    持具８を介し上記摺動面もしくは摺動面にほぼ平行に設
    けた支持部材６に摺動自在に支持せしめてなる摺動面の
    保護装置。
