Clinicians must have sufficient knowledge of deciphering X-ray photographs, but to do so they must always have X-ray photographs of a wide variety of cases on hand and view them over and over again.

However, it is difficult to obtain a large number of secondary X-ray photographs, and the cost of duplication is extremely high, so many doctors and even medical students acquire X-ray photographs of many cases and always keep them on hand for research. That was impossible.

The present inventor has completed the present invention in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and has made it possible to print an X-ray photograph, and to observe the printed matter by transmitting light in the same way as a normal X-ray photograph. is made possible.

以下本発明の実施例につき詳細な説明を行なつoまず、
印刷しようとする所望のX線写真を色分解装置によって
四色に色分解し、四種のセパ原稿を得る。
Below, a detailed explanation will be given of the embodiments of the present invention. First,
A desired X-ray photograph to be printed is separated into four colors by a color separation device to obtain four types of separate originals.

These separate originals are similar to those obtained in normal multicolor printing, and correspond to dark, red, dark, and dark spots, respectively.

Among these sepa manuscripts, there are those in which the condition of the skeleton and affected areas are the best, and those other than the dark areas where there is no image, that is, those in which the condition of the skeleton and affected areas are well expressed from the middle to dark areas. Extracted.

In this example, Ai's Sepa manuscript is used as the former,

Next, Ai's sepa manuscript was covered with a 100-25-moat screen A (for example, DS positive type N0315 skin).
A net-separated manuscript for the condition of the affected area, etc. is obtained.

On the other hand, Sumi's Sepa manuscript is overlapped with A's Sepa manuscript and aligned with pins, and then screen B (grained contact screen, screen of 25 night moat or higher) is applied, and a complementary color is applied from the middle to the middle part. A mesh-separated manuscript is obtained. In this case, the reason for overlapping the Sumi and Ai separated originals is to prevent the transition from the image to the dark part of the background from being unnaturally interrupted, and the resulting halftone separated original excludes the image area. It emphasizes everything from the middle to the dark areas.

また、この網セパ原稿を得るには300線のスクリーン
又は砂目コンタクトスクリーンを用いるのが好ましい。
Further, it is preferable to use a 300-line screen or a grain contact screen to obtain this mesh-separated original.

This is because the original X-ray film had scanning lines running vertically and horizontally, so if a conventional screen was applied to it, moiré would occur. Therefore, when using an X-ray photograph without scanning lines, a normal screen may be used.

In addition to the above-mentioned two types of net separator originals, yellow and red separator originals coated with silk may also be prepared.

As mentioned above, the silk separator original with the best quality and the net separator original with good clarity from the middle to the dark areas are each subjected to retouch correction in an intermediate process and then used to prepare a printing plate.
As the printing plate, a PS plate, a flat intaglio plate, a photosensitive resin letterpress plate, etc. can be used.

This printing plate creation work is accomplished in the same manner as in normal printing. In this way, a first printing plate with the best quality and a second printing plate with good clarity from the middle to dark areas are obtained, and printing is applied to the printing substrate. Black ink is used for this printing, and the printing material is printed twice by passing it through the first and second printing plates. Note that, if printing plates corresponding to yellow, red, etc. are prepared as described above, third and fourth printing may be performed. Furthermore, printing may also be applied to the back side of the printing material.

The printing substrate is a transparent synthetic resin film whose printing surface is matted by physical or chemical treatment;
Translucent materials such as tracing paper, parchment paper, and synthetic paper are used. The purpose of matting the printing surface is to improve the adhesion of ink. The ink is an oxidative polymerization type ink (for example, 120% pigment, 6% toner, 27% phenol-modified resin, 4% alkyd resin, 2% vegetable oil).

Now, in the printed matter obtained by printing twice or overprinting more times as described above, the image areas such as the skeleton of the human body, affected areas, etc. are well reproduced, and the image area transitions to a dark background. The parts are also reproduced in a natural tone, making it almost the same as the original X-ray photograph.

Therefore, according to the present invention, many copies of X-ray photographs of many cases can be made and supplied to many doctors and medical students, thereby contributing to their research.
