[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention can be used to reproduce printing gradations in order to reproduce photographic gradations and give artistic texture to high-quality reproductions of paintings, calligraphy, and paintings such as calendars, posters, paintings, and hanging scrolls. This invention relates to a printing method for printing a reproduction in which the printed halftone dots of the reproduction are irregularly arranged and the shapes thereof are mixed so that it is difficult to distinguish it as a printed matter in appearance.

However, the screenless printing method has problems such as lack of printing durability during printing, lack of stability of water and ink, and the need for a lot of time and labor.
The transfer printing method has disadvantages such as the fact that the process is complicated and the transfer is delicate, so it tends to vary in quality.

The present invention has been made in order to eliminate such inconveniences, and it is possible to change the arrangement and shape of printing halftone dots used to express the photographic gradation of reproductions by using plate-making screens of various shapes. This is a printing method that imparts high quality artistic value to reproductions by making them irregular, and also allows them to be produced in a short time and at low cost.

As shown in the drawings, the present invention involves sequentially using various plate-making screens having shapes such as grain dots, round dots, square dots, chain dots, etc. on the same lithographic film photosensitive material in the photolithography process as shown in the drawings. A composite halftone image plate made from the original by a plate making camera, or a halftone image film plate each formed on a separate lith film photosensitive material using the various plate making screens mentioned above, is subjected to multiple exposure using an exposure printer. Then, a synthetic halftone image film plate is formed on the same lithographic film photosensitive material, and in the printing plate process, the synthetic halftone image film plate is brought into close contact with a resin letterpress or lithographic PS plate, exposed and baked to form a printing plate. Create. Then, printing is performed using printing ink having a high flow value.

First, Y (yellow), M (magenta), C (cyan), and B (black) color separation negative image films are created from a predetermined monochrome or multicolor original. Next, a contact screen of any one of various shapes is superimposed on the lithographic film photosensitive material, and a negative image is produced using any one of the color separation negative image films of each of the color separation negative image films thus created. Expose. This exposure is performed using a plate-making camera or a contact printer.

Next, screens of other shapes are layered one by one on the same lithium film, multiple exposure is performed, and the film is developed to produce a composite halftone separation positive image film with various halftone dots for each color on the same lithographic film. can be created. The synthetic halftone positive film thus obtained is superimposed for each color on a printing plate material such as lithographic printing and subjected to printing and plate making to create a printing plate.

The present invention first creates a composite halftone image film plate from an original on a lithographic film photosensitive material, and then creates a lithographic or letterpress printing plate. It is created by printing the composite halftone dot image plate onto the photoresist surface, and the halftone dots that make up the image as a reproduction are composed of composite halftone dots having various shapes obtained from various screens. Furthermore, since the printing plate is used to print on fabric, paper, etc. with a soft printing ink having a high flow value, it is possible to obtain printed matter with a light density and halftone dot expression with unclear edges. The printing pressure can cause the irregular halftone dots to intertwine, making it impossible to recognize the halftone dots as well-defined, sharp dots with sharp edges.

As described above, the present invention is a printing method that provides a printed matter that expresses printing gradation by unclear halftone dots that cannot be seen as uniform or sharp halftone dots, and is a printing method that can be used on fabrics, paper, etc. It has the effect of producing high-quality reproductions of objects, especially calendars, posters, paintings, hanging scrolls, etc., with an artistic texture, and richly expresses the original paintings.Compared to conventional methods, the process is shorter and can be produced at a lower cost. This has an effective effect on reducing manufacturing costs.
