Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled aqueous solution useful as a raw material for drugs, etc. industrially advantageously, by preserving a decomposition product in anaerobic state for a specific period, blending it several times during the preservation, adding water, etc. to it to adjust it to a proper pH, filtering it, leaving the filtrate to stand, aging it, adjusting it to a low pH range. CONSTITUTION:A decomposition product preserved or formed in an anaerobic state is further kept for 15 days - 3 months in an anaerobic state, and it is blended proper times during the preservation. One of water, weakly acidic water, or an aqueous solution of a salt is added to the decomposition product, it is adjusted to 4.0-7.0pH, filtered, the filtrate is left to stand and aged, so that it is adjusted to 1.0-2.5pH, to give the desired aqueous solution. The decomposition product as a raw material means a decomposition precursor contained in decomposition, or decomposition contained in the decomposition precursor.

The feature of this invention is that humic plants stored in an anaerobic state are further stored in an anaerobic state for 15 days to 3 months, and after being turned over an appropriate number of times during this storage period, water is added to the humic plant.
Add either weak acid water or salt aqueous solution to reduce pn to 4.
.. The purpose is to adjust the pt+ to be within the range of 0 to 7.0, and then allow the filtered filtrate to stand still and age to bring pt+ within the range of 1.0 to 2.5.

Metabolites are the secretions of bacterial groups including aerobic bacteria, trifacultative anaerobic bacteria, aerobic bacteria, and facultative anaerobic bacteria, and are compounds with exposed phenol groups and oxidizing enzymes such as phenol oxidase, or phenol. It refers to a mixture of compound oxides such as quinones, polysaccharides, and aranoic acids. Substances containing large amounts of these metabolites include sludge or sludge-like substances, humus, humic plants, and grass charcoal.

The reason for preserving or producing the humic plant in an anaerobic state is
Promotes the reaction of three substances contained in humic plants: organic matter, metabolites, and substances containing a large amount of activated silicic acid, and stabilizes, activates, and metabolizes the reaction products produced by this reaction. This is to stabilize the phenol etc. contained in the product.

Then, while preserving it in an anaerobic state for another 15 to 30 days,
Make a switch. It is best to carry out this cutting once or twice a week, but the purpose of this cutting is to increase the amount of quinones by allowing oxidizing enzymes to act on phenolic compounds, but too much cutting If this is done, excessive oxidation occurs, so (4) appropriate cutting is necessary.

After such preparations are completed, either water, a weak acid, or an aqueous solution of salts is added to adjust pi to within the range of 4.0 to 7.0. Those that dissolve within this pH range are humic precursors. If the pH is lower than the lowest value, extreme oxidation will proceed, leading to a decline in functionality, and if the pH is higher than the highest value (if the pH is higher than the highest value, extraction will become difficult due to coagulation of humic precursors, etc.). It has been experimentally shown that the amount of aqueous solution to be added is approximately equal to the amount of humic material as the raw material. This is because the concentration of the humic precursor to be added becomes too dilute.However, since extraction is possible as described above even if the amounts are not equal, the amount of the aqueous solution added is not limited.

腐植前駆物質が抽出されると、次に濾別を行う。Once the humic precursors have been extracted, filtration is then performed.

Since this filtration is a separation of the solid humus and the aqueous solution or liquid from which the humus precursor has been extracted, any method that allows solid-liquid separation may be used. However, (5) pressure separation is most desirable in order to extract more humic precursors adhering to the surface of the solid.

The filtrate obtained by filtration is stabilized by standing and aging, and as a result, the pH becomes within the range of 1.0 to 2.5.・This is an aqueous solution of humic precursors. For stabilization, a period of at least 10 hours or more is required for the static aging. During this static aging, the pH decreases and becomes stable because
This is due to the conversion of phenolic compounds into quinones by the catalytic action of oxidizing enzymes in an aqueous solution.

C. Application to pharmaceuticals, etc. Humic precursors that contain large amounts of microbial metabolites are mainly aggregates of active substances, and microbial metabolites strongly promote the polycondensation reaction of organic substances, and humic precursor aqueous solutions are Chain reaction through biomembranes such as cell membranes and biomaterials;
It is particularly effective in inactivating, rendering harmless, and reducing human and animal pathogenic substances (including microorganisms such as viruses and bacteria) because of its excellent anti-inflammatory properties. By taking advantage of this property, it can be used as a raw material for various pharmaceuticals (for humans and livestock), agricultural chemicals, cosmetics, and the like.
