筒状ケースの取付状態を示す斜視図および断面図である
。 図中、４は固定側ヒンジ半体、４ａは上片、４ｂは下片
、５は可動側ヒンジ半体、５ａは上片、５ｂは下片、５
ｃは角孔、６は筒状ケース、６ａはガイド溝、７ａ、７
ｂは軸受用ブツシュ、８は自動閉鎖機構、９はねじ、１
０は丸軸、１１は角軸、１２は雄カム、１２ａは角軸部
、１２ｂは雄カム部、１２ｃはガイド軸、１３は酸カム
、１３ａは貫通孔、１３ｂは筒体、１３ｃは酸カム部、
１３ｄはガイド突条、１５はばね受、１６はスプリング
、１７は凹所、１８は長孔、１９は透孔である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 筐体の開口部を開閉するドアの回転に伴って回転する雄
    カムと、該雄カムに対して同軸的に係合しつつその軸方
    向に摺動し得る酸カムと、該酸カムを前記雄カムに押付
    けるスプリング手段とからなる自動閉鎖機構を具備する
    ヒンジにおいて、前記筐体に固着されるコ字状の固定側
    ヒンジ半体と、前記ドアの開閉基端部に固着される可動
    側ヒンジ半体と、前記自動閉鎖機構を内蔵する筒状ケー
    スとからなり、前記可動側ヒンジ半体は、前記固定側ヒ
    ンジ半体の上下片の対向部位に装着される軸受用ブツシ
    ュにて回転可能に支承され、かつ、この可動側ヒンジ半
    体の上下片のいずれか一方に前記雄カムがその軸方向に
    のみ変位可能に嵌合され、前記雄カムの一側には凹所が
    穿設され、前記筒状ケースには、前記凹所と合致する部
    位に軸方向に延びる長孔が穿設されるとともに、この長
    孔から所定距離離された部位に穴が穿設されてなり、前
    記穴と、前記長孔を介して前記凹所とに係合するレンチ
    等の工具にて、前記雄カムを前記スプリング手段に抗し
    て移動させることにより、前記可動側ヒンジ半体に対し
    て筒状ケースを着脱可能に形成してなることを特徴とす
    る自動閉鎖機構付ヒンジ。
