と、前記停止指令信号発令時に上記補助サイリスタ点弧
パルス指令信号が出力していなければその時点から、門
だ上記補助サイリスタ点弧パルス指令信号出力中ならば
該点弧パルス指令信号終了をまってから所定時間当該補
助サイリスタ点弧パルス信号を出力させない手段と、前
記停止指令信号発令時から主サイリスタが点弧するに十
分な時間経過後でかつ上記所定時間内に直流電源からの
直流出力を断にする手段とを備えてなることを特徴とす
