    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高圧側又は低圧側の一方のアームに自弧消弧型半導体ス
    イッチとその耐圧保護用ダイオードを直列接続し、他方
    のアームに整流ダイオードを設けた混合ブリッジ型主回
    路を有する順変換器において、上記耐圧保護用ダイオー
    ドと整流ダイオードの直列接続体の各相直流出力端子間
    に交流電源側の過電圧を抑制する過電圧吸収用コンデン
    サを夫々設けたことを特徴とする順変換器の過電圧抑制
    回路。
