(図示せず)により互いに結合しておくことが望ましい
。又、このように形成した半地下構造の上部には建築ユ
ニット構造体からなる一階部、さらには二階部を結合す
ることができ、この場合結合される建築ユニット構造体
によっては結合強度が充分に高くなるため、第2図に示
す建築ユニット構造体3には鋼製上枠6,6,6,6が
設けられないこともある。叙上の如く、本発明の建物の
下部の構造は、布基礎形成のための労力を別段要するこ
となく、且つ地下部外周壁のための特別な作業を要する

の基礎部兼地階床部を形成しつつ半地下構造の地階部を
極めて容易な施工形態で形成できる効果を奏するもので
あって、又、建築ユニット構造体底部に配筋した多数の
筋村及び鋼製下枠を基礎形成材で埋設したためいわゆる
SRC構造の強固な基礎部を形成でき、従ってその上部
に一階部以上を容易に形成でき、更には、布基礎を要せ
ず且つ外壁体を建築ユニット構造体に取付けて設置でき
るので、外壁体外側の掘削部の掘削埋設作業を容易にで
きる等の効果も併有し、工業化生産住宅産業に寄与する
ところが極めて大なるものである。
