Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排気ガスの還流量を制御するための還流制御バルブのダ
    イヤフラム室を負圧導入路を介して過給機の下流に開口
    させたＥＧＲボートに連通させるとともに、この負圧導
    入路の途中に前記ダイヤフラム室に供給する負圧を制御
    するためのバキュームモジュレータを介設してなる排気
    ガス還流システムにおいて、前記負圧導入路のバキュー
    ムモジュレータよりもＥＧＲポート寄りの部分に、前記
    ＥＧＲポートから前記ダイヤフラム室方向への空気の逆
    流のみを零または微少な値に抑制する逆流抑制手段を介
    設するとともに、前記負圧導入路の前記逆流抑制手段よ
    りもダイヤフラム室寄りの部分を、微少な空気の流通を
    許容する絞り径路を介して大気に開放させたことを特徴
    とする排気ガス還流システムにおけるダイヤフラムの反
    転防止装置。
