Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）可視光透過性基板の熱源側表面に、可視光透過熱
    線遮蔽性物質からなる第１の薄膜層と、可視光透過熱線
    透過性の高屈折率物質からなる第２の薄膜層と、可視光
    透過熱線透過性の低屈折率物質からなる第３の薄膜層と
    、を順次積層被覆して形成され、可視領域において高い
    透過率を有し近赤外線領域において高い熱線遮蔽率を示
    すことを特徴とする熱線遮蔽積層体。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）記載の積層体にお
    いて、基板はガラス又はプラスチック材料を用いて形成
    され、第１の薄膜層は膜厚２０００〜１００００へのＩ
    ＴＯを用いて形成され、第２の薄膜層は膜厚８００〜１
    ５００へのＴｉＯ□を用いて形成され、第３の薄膜層は
    膜厚６００〜１２００へのＳ　ｉ　０２を用いて形成さ
    れたことを特徴とする熱線遮蔽積層体。
