Conventionally, in the manufacturing method of a heat insulating panel for a refrigerated open showcase, a heat insulating panel 1 on the bottom of the outer ark as shown in Fig. 1 is used.
As shown in the figure, first set the wooden frame 2 according to the dimensions of the insulation panel 1.
is prepared, and an outer wall material 3 made of a thin iron plate is fixed to this wooden frame 2 with nails 4.

Then, the wooden frame 2 and the hollow frame such as the outer wall material 3 are held in a mold, and the urethane stock solution is injected from the injection port 6 provided in the wooden frame 2 and foamed, so that the foamed urethane 7 is formed in the hollow part of the hollow frame. A method is used to obtain a filled insulation panel 1. However, this method of manufacturing insulation panels requires a wooden frame and involves a labor-intensive process such as nailing, which increases the manufacturing cost of the insulation panels. This had the disadvantage that the frame reduced the heat insulation effect.

According to the present invention, two outer walls facing each other at a predetermined interval are held by a mold from the outside, and a urethane stock solution is injected between the two outer walls and foamed to form a heat insulating panel. In the method for manufacturing a heat insulating panel, a flange is formed at the edge of each of the outer wall materials, the flanges being bent at right angles toward the opposing outer wall, and the distance between the two outer walls is set at a predetermined interval between the flanges. This is achieved by iron-clad end fittings for holding the outer wall and closing the space between the two outer walls, and injecting a urethane stock solution between the two outer walls to cause foaming.

以下、この発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings.

FIGS. 3 and 4 are diagrams for explaining the manufacturing method of the above-mentioned heat insulating panel 11. The foaming molds, such as the lower mold 31 and the upper mold 32, have a closed end on both left and right end surfaces, and the closed part The edges of the facing outer wall are bent at right angles to the facing outer wall material side to form flanges 12a and 13a, and the upper edges are bent to form flanges 12b and 13b.

Then, with the upper mold 32 removed, the outer wall 12 is inserted into the lower mold 31, and then the end face jig 35 is placed. As shown in FIG. 5, this end surface odor pickup 35 is
3, and has a convex portion 36 in the center. The inside of this convex portion is determined according to the gap d between both flanges of the heat insulating panel 11. Next, another exterior wall, exterior wall 1
3 is inserted with the flange 13a along the convex portion 36.
Then, an adhesive tape (not shown) is pasted between the flanges 12b and 13b to facilitate mold release and prevent leakage of urethane foam, and then the upper mold 32 is attached. The end face jig 35 with the protrusion 36 interposed between the flanges 2a and 13a as described above is pressed in the direction of arrow C by the support 38. Then, the outer walls 12 and 13 are kept at a predetermined distance, and the flanges 12a and 13a are closely attached to close the space between the outer walls. Incidentally, when the end face jig 35 is placed, a patterning agent is applied to the surface of the convex portion 36 to facilitate patterning. In addition, the end surface fitting 35 and the flange 12a
and 13a, a sheet-like packing (not shown) may be used in order to improve adhesion and prevent leakage of the urethane foam. In the above state, the urethane stock solution is injected from the injection port 39 (FIG. 5) provided in the end face jig 35 and foamed. As described above, according to the present invention, the end greens of both outer walls facing the open part of the mold are bent at right angles to form flanges that do not touch each other, and the end fittings are placed between the two flanges to form a ferrule between the outer walls. The urethane stock solution can be injected and foamed after keeping the urethane at a specified distance and sealing the space between the two flanges and closing the space between the two outer walls. This eliminates the need for a wooden frame, reduces manufacturing costs, and improves the insulation effect. A highly insulated panel can be obtained.
