[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention consists of an inner box formed by integrally molding an upper chamber portion, a lower chamber portion, and a partition wall portion that partitions these compartments, an outer box combined with this inner box, and an outer box that combines these two parts. In an insulating box body in which the interior of a refrigerator or the like is cooled by including a foamable heat insulating material filled between the boxes by an in-situ foaming method, the partition wall portion has a groove shape with openings on the rear surface and left and right sides, This groove is filled with the above-mentioned heat insulating material to form a heat-insulating partition wall, and a cooler can be placed on the top surface of this partition wall, or a cold air circulation path between the upper and lower chambers is formed on the top surface of this partition wall. In this case, the function is to insulate the lower chamber so that the low temperature influence of the cooler or the cold air circulation path does not adversely affect the lower chamber, or if the cooler is installed, maintain the strength to withstand the load, In addition, when a defrost heater is placed to heat the cooler during defrosting or to heat the top surface of a partition wall, this heat is transmitted to the lower room and the room temperature in the lower part increases. Furthermore, the heat insulating material in the groove of the partition wall is continuously bonded to the left and right side walls and the rear wall of the outer box, and when this heat shrinks, the outer box is pulled and deformed. This is a distant relative of the structure that prevents this.

次に本考案の実施例を図に基づき詳述する。Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings.

1 is an integral molding of an upper chamber portion 1A forming an upper chamber 4, a lower chamber portion 1B forming a lower chamber 5, and a partition wall portion 1C separating these two sections 1A and 1B into a substantially arcuate cross section by vacuum forming or the like. The inner box is made of synthetic resin.

Reference numeral 3 denotes a foamable heat insulating material such as polyurethane that is filled between the inner box 1 and the outer box 2 by an in-situ foaming method, and is also filled into the groove 6 at the same time.

A heat insulating box is constructed by filling the heat insulating material 3 in this way, but the heat shrinking of the heat insulating material 3 after the foaming process is completed or due to cooling when used as a refrigerator In order to prevent the surface of the outer case corresponding to the groove 6 from becoming depressed, a non-adhesive portion 7 is provided on the surface of the outer case to prevent direct adhesion between the outer case 2 and the heat insulating material 3.

That is, since the thickness of the insulation material in the groove 6 in the lateral direction is extremely small compared to the thickness of other parts when viewed from the outer box 2, the shrinkage of the insulation material 3 in this part is large and it is difficult to insulate the outer box. If the materials are adhered, the outer box 2 will be pulled and depressed by this contraction, but to prevent this, the non-adhesive portion 7 is provided.

Alternatively, a thin plate of elastic soft foam material may be taped in place, or a release agent may be applied to the inner surface of the outer box 2 that corresponds to the groove 6, or this surface may be mirror-finished to provide insulation. It may also be possible to prevent adhesion in step 3.

In order to make a refrigerator-freezer, the lower chamber 5 is used as a refrigerating chamber, and the bottom wall plate 9 forming the bottom wall of the upper freezing chamber 4 inside the insulating box is installed above the partition wall portion 1C, and the bottom wall plate 9 is installed above the partition wall portion 1C. A cooler 10 is housed in the cold air passage, and an electric blower 11 is used to blow both chambers 4.

Further, by providing a small hole 12 in the outer box 2 corresponding to the non-adhesive portion 7, the outer box can be prevented from being pulled inward by the vacuum action when the heat insulating material 3 contracts.

By having the above-described structure, the present invention can increase mechanical strength by filling the grooves of the partition wall with foamed heat insulating material.
Even when the heating of the cooler or the defrosting heater achieves the effect of insulating the lower chamber, the non-adhesive layer separates the outer box and the heat insulating material at the portion corresponding to the groove. Even if the insulation material shrinks, no dents will occur in the outer box.

In addition, when elastic material is used as this non-bonded part, the elastic material is kept compressed by the filling of the foam insulation material, so even if the foam insulation material contracts, the elastic material expands and the outer box is constantly expanded. It maintains a state of contact with the inner surface, and a cavity is not formed between the outer box and the foam insulation material, eliminating stickiness of the outer box.

The rear opening of the groove corresponds to the back surface of the heat insulating box, so as long as there is no problem in appearance even if a dent is formed on the back surface of the outer box, the portion corresponding to the rear surface of the partition wall portion will be The non-bonded part may be omitted.
