Conventionally, in this type of insulating box, the foamable heat insulating material contracts due to a drop in ambient temperature that occurs after the foamable heat insulating material is injected and foamed, or due to a temperature drop during cooling operation.

At this time, since the outer box was bonded to the heat insulating material, the outer box was stretched as the heat insulating material contracted, creating a dent and resulting in a poor external design.

To prevent this, it may be possible to attach a release plate to the inner surface of the outer box to separate the heat insulating material from the outer box, but in such a configuration, when the heat insulating material contracts, the outer box and the heat insulating material will separate and create a gap. However, there was a risk that the outer box would become so-called sticky or easily deformed due to external impacts, so it could not be said to be sufficient.

Reference numeral 6 denotes a division sheet formed as leg pieces 6A and 6B with bent ends at both ends, such as a thousand-sided U-shape, and made of a synthetic resin material such as polypropylene in the form of a plate or a thin film, and is separable from the heat insulating material 4. The leg pieces 6A, 6B are configured as shown in FIG.

Further, the partition sheet 6 is locally disposed facing the side of the partition wall portion 2d of the inner box 2, and is spaced apart from the opposing walls of the outer box 3 and the inner box 2, respectively. A cavity 7 is formed between the outer box 3 and the opposing wall 3A of the outer box 3, which vertically communicates between the boxes 2 and 3 in FIG.

The leg piece 6A of the compartment sheet 6 facing the back wall 3B of the outer box 3 is made longer than the other leg piece 6B, so that the distance between the compartment sheet 6 and the opposing wall 3A of the outer box 3 is made backward. In addition, a suitable number of through holes 8 are bored in this rear leg piece 6A, and the space 7 and both the inner and outer boxes 2 and 3 are communicated through the through holes 8. There is.

The rear leg piece 6A has a heat insulating material 4 between the inner and outer boxes 2 and 3.
When injecting an undiluted solution, it refers to the one located at the top when both the inner and outer boxes 2 and 3 are installed in a predetermined jig (not shown) in combination.

The heat insulating box body 1 according to the present invention is set in a prescribed jig (not shown) as shown in FIG. 2 with the front opening facing down with both the inner and outer boxes 2 and 3 combined, and placed in a suitable place such as the back wall 3B. When the undiluted solution of the insulation material 4 is injected between the inner and outer boxes 2 and 3 through the injection port formed in the hole and foamed, the insulation material rises while foaming from the bottom between the two boxes 2 and 3 as shown in FIG. The foam also flows into the cavity 7 from the side and foams.

The air in the empty chamber 7 is pushed up by the foaming of the heat insulating material 4, and passes through the through hole 8 formed in the leg piece 6A to both the inner and outer boxes 2,
The air is pushed out between the boxes 2 and 3, and is exhausted together with the air between the boxes 2 and 3 through an exhaust hole formed at an appropriate location.

In the embodiment of the present invention, two partition sheets 6.6 are installed locally in two locations facing each other, but they may also be installed in one or three locations.
The basic effect is the same even if the insulation material 4 is installed in more than one location, and the effect becomes even better as the number of installation locations increases. It is sufficient to provide it locally, such as near the wall portion 2d.

Since this project has the above-mentioned configuration, when the insulation material contracts due to temperature changes, such as immediately after filling the insulation material or during cooling operation, the insulation material is divided into two parts by the partition sheet, and the inner box side is separated from the partition sheet. The part peels off from the partition sheet without affecting the outer box, and the part on the side of the outer box from the partition sheet peels off the insulation material from the partition sheet, so even if it is glued to the outer box, it will shrink and move toward the outer box. This will prevent the outer box from being pulled inward and dented.

Moreover, since the partition sheet is embedded in the heat insulating material, it has a reinforcing effect and the impact resistance is also improved.

Furthermore, since the partition plate is installed locally between the inner and outer boxes, it does not divide the insulation material in the entire area into two, so the injection of insulation material is common, and it may inhibit the foaming of the insulation material or cause uneven insulation. There are almost no such things.
