Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転軸をラジアル軸受とスラスト軸受とにより支承して
    なり、前記スラスト軸受が回転軸に設けた第1の受面、
    第1の受面と附向協働して平面スパイラル溝付スラスト
    軸受を構成する第2の受面とその反対側に位置する凸球
    面とを備えた調心塵、および前記回転軸と同心に位置し
    前記調心塵の凸球面と係合して環状接触部を形成する円
    錐形の凹所を備えた支持部材を含み、しかして前記平面
    スパイラル前行スラスト軸受における摩擦トルクが前記
    環状接触部における摩擦トルクよりも小さいことを特徴
    とする動圧形スピンドルユニット。
