    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 板状でその平面部に電極を有するセラミックバリスタの
    上記電極面に半田層を介して半田付けされる外部電極端
    子の半田付は面に、その半田付は面の中央を中心とする
    同心円状の第１の溝並びに上記中心を通過し周縁部に至
    る直線状の第２の溝を、それぞれ１個または複数個設け
    てなるサージ吸収器。
