There is a liquid impregnation process in which a treatment liquid impregnation tank is arranged to impregnate the fabric (during dyeing process), and a wet heat treatment process in which a steamer is used to continuously process the liquid-impregnated fabric that has passed through this liquid impregnation process. The fabric to be treated is passed through the liquid in the treatment liquid impregnating tank to impregnate it, and then the liquid-impregnated fabric is continuously fed into the steamer and subjected to a wet heat reaction to produce the desired result. It has been proposed to carry out the processing continuously.

It is often required to carry out different or unique processing processes. Specifically, when dyeing a long fabric, for example, it is often required to dye each predetermined length a different color. In the conventional case of performing such different color dyeing, each time the dye solution in the solution tank is changed, the running of the fabric in the solution tank and the steamer is interrupted, or the supply of moist heat in the steamer is interrupted.
After cleaning the inside of the liquid tank and replacing the new dyeing liquid, the running operation of the fabric is continued again, so when the running of the fabric is interrupted and restarted, a change in moisture and heat inside the steamer occurs, which is the cause. There was a problem in that it was impossible to uniformly dye the entire surface of the long fabric. In addition, there is a problem in that when the fabric is interrupted, it is necessary to wait for restart, which reduces productivity.

This is the purpose.

Next, to describe its action, when the piston of the cylinder 13 is pushed out, the movable tank 4 moves to the position shown by the solid line, and the movable tank 4 and the fixed tank 5 form a V-shaped fabric passage 6. be transferred. As the fabric 2 is moved through the fabric passage 6, the processing liquid supplied to the fabric passage 6 is sequentially absorbed into the fabric 2, so that the liquid in the fabric passage 6 is continuously refreshed so that the liquid does not run out. Since the processing liquid is supplied into the fabric passage 6 through the processing liquid supply pipe 8, the fabric 2 is always impregnated with fresh processing liquid, and effective liquid-impregnated processing can be continued.

By operating the moving tank 4 as shown by the chain line, the V-shaped fabric passage 6 is opened and the remaining liquid in the 0T1 auxiliary tank 4 is discharged. Since the volume in the fabric passage 6 is set as small as possible without interfering with the transfer of the fabric, the amount of residual liquid to be discharged can be extremely small. Therefore, when cleaning water is jetted from each cleaning tank 12, this cleaning water is sent to the fixed tank 5 and the movable tank 4.
, the guide roll 7, the squeezing roll 11, etc., for effective cleaning in a short period of time. During this cleaning operation, the transfer of the fabric (guiding fabric) 2 is carried out continuously, that is, without stopping the transfer of the fabric, so that the cleaning of the guide rolls 7, 10, squeezing rolls 11, etc. can be completed effectively and quickly. .

Tank 4
A cylinder 13 that can be fully tilted and raised, the fixed tank 5 and the movable tank 4
a processing liquid supply means 8 for sequentially supplying the processing liquid into the fabric passage formed by the fixed tank 5 and the movable 4v;
This treatment liquid impregnation tank is characterized by being equipped with a cleaning liquid injection nozzle that sprays cleaning liquid toward the fabric passage forming surface or other guide roll surface of I4. According to this method, the inside of the liquid tank can be effectively and quickly cleaned by opening the movable tank by the operation of the cylinder and continuing the continuous transfer of the long fabric by the spraying action of the cleaning liquid. , it has the advantage of being able to exchange the liquid in the liquid tank.
