ある。 １１・・・圧電基板、１２・・・入カドランスジューサ
、１３・・・出カドランスジューサ、１４・・・マルチ
ストリップカプラ、１５・・・吸音材、１６〜２３・・

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　圧電基板上に一対の櫛形電極からなる入出カドラン
    スジューサと複数本のフィラメント状導体からなるマル
    チストリップカプラとを少なくとも具備した弾性表面波
    素子において、前記トランスジューサ端部と前記圧電基
    板端面との間の該圧電基板上に該トランスジューサの電
    極ピッチとほぼ等しい間隔で複数本の電極体を配置した
    ことを特徴とする弾性表面波素子。 ２　前記マルチストリップカプラの側部と前記圧電基板
    端面との間の該圧電基板上に該マルチストリップカプラ
    のフィラメント状導体ピッチとほぼ等しい間隔て複数本
    の電極体を配置したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の号車性表面波素子。 ３　前記トランスジューサ端部と前記圧電基板端面との
    間の該圧電基板上に該トランスジューサの電極ピッチと
    ほぼ等しい間隔で複数本の電極体を配置し、且つ前記マ
    ルチストリップカプラの側部と前記圧電基板端面との間
    の該圧電基板上に該マルチストリップカプラのフィラメ
    ント状導体ピッチとほぼ等しい複数本の電極体を配置し
    たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載
    の弾性表面波素子。
