記機成において透光性薄板4は、一面に形成された透明
電極の不要部分を除去する化学的エッチング、物理的エ
ッチングを行う際に各色用ストライプフィル夕が損傷さ
れるのを防止するために必要とされるものであり、また
、接着剤3は各色用ストライプフィル夕と透光性薄板4
を接着するために必要とされるものである。

板であり、まずこの透光性基板11上に例えば20〆m
幅の赤色用ストライプフィル夕12Rを例えば34ムm
間隔で形成し、この後、例えば20仏m幅の緑色用スト
ライプフィル夕12Gを前記赤色用ストライプフィル夕
12Rに一部、例えば2仏m重ねて透光性基板11上に
形成し、さらに例えば20仏m幅の青色用ストライプフ
ィル夕128を前記赤色用ストライプフィル夕12R、
緑色用ストライプフィル夕12Gにそれぞれ一部、例え
ば2〃mづつ重ねて透光性基板上に形成する。

りも4・さげれば、透明電極13は各色用ストライプフ
ィル夕の重畳しない部分上にのみ形成され、車畳した部
分には形成されない。従って、各色用ストライプフィル
夕の重畳しない部分に形成された透明電極13は互いに
分離しているので、化学的エッチング、物理的エッチン

狭いので焦点深度の浅いレンズを用いることができ画質
が向上する。
