    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ロアチューブ上端内周部にて、所要の重ね代をもって内
    嵌されるアッパーチューブを圧接支持してなる構造にお
    いて、両チューブの前記重ね代を延長するとともに、ロ
    アチューブのアッパーチューブ内嵌端部近傍の重ね代に
    は、所定形状のスリットを設けて複数の舌片を形成し、
    該舌片をアッパーチューブ内嵌周面に圧接させたことを
    特徴とする衝撃エネルギー吸収式ステアリング装置。
