Until now, there have been frozen showcases known by the general name of ice cream stockers that can be seen at stores selling ice cream, etc., but only one side of the top of the showcase is made up of a transparent window frame, and the other side is made of heat insulating material. Thermal efficiency was relatively good.

However, in recent years, the use of display windows in frozen showcases has progressed, and frozen showcases with a large transparent window area have become commonplace. In this type of frozen showcase, the transparent part must be a glass panel. is common, but the heat loss is extremely large. For this reason, it has become common for the transparent windows of these frozen showcases to be made of double-glazed glass.

Recently, panels in which a heat ray reflective film, which has an even greater energy-saving effect, is sandwiched between the panels or glued together have come to be used for transparent windows.

”Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Through these improvements, the energy loss of frozen showcases has been greatly improved, but another condition for frozen showcases is that they must be always transparent and without fog. This is required. It is common for the door of a refrigerator to be opened and closed frequently, but in such cases, the inside of the door, which is in a low temperature state, comes into contact with the high temperature and the atmosphere on the side when the door is opened, causing dew condensation. Ta. If condensation forms inside the door,
Due to the low temperature inside the frozen showcase, it freezes in a short time, causing the walls to become cloudy and making it difficult to see the products inside. This phenomenon has been a problem since double-glazed glass became popular in the window frames of refrigerated showcases.

Previously, to overcome the problem of freezing, the inside of the door had to be thoroughly wiped with a dry cloth before closing, which was very inconvenient. Another method to overcome this drawback has been to laminate a transparent surface heating element, such as a thin film of tin oxide or indium oxide, on the inside of the door, and energize it appropriately to evaporate the condensed water. However, these nine methods are also backwards from an energy-saving perspective, and the wiring equipment for the refrigerating showcase becomes complicated, so it cannot be said that the problem of condensation on the inner surface of the refrigerating showcase door has been solved.

[Means for solving the problem] That is, the present invention is used for the door portion of a refrigerated display case manufactured using a transparent panel (2) made by assembling two transparent plates (1) with a certain gap between them. This is a window frame for a frozen showcase, characterized in that a film (3) having a transparent antifogging layer is laminated on the inside of a panel (2).

Examples of this include a film prepared by mixing a surfactant during molding of the same film, or a film cross-linked with polyvinyl alcohol. In addition, anti-fogging paints such as those obtained by dissolving a mixture of the above-mentioned soft vinyl chloride resin and surfactant (1) in an organic solvent and coating and drying, or a copolymer of hydroxyethyl methacrylate and a vinyl compound copolymerizable with it, may be used. Materials coated with an organic solution and dried, etc., cannot be used. All other commercially available anti-fog films and anti-fog materials can be provided as materials of the present invention. These anti-fog materials generally have organic substances on their surfaces, so they are different from conventionally used glass materials. (Compared to flannel, it gets dirty more easily and tends to deteriorate over time, but if you take this issue into consideration, anti-fog film is preferable to anti-fog paint because it can be easily replaced.) When using a new anti-fog film, as mentioned above, it is preferable to use an adhesive so that it can be easily repositioned. Otherwise, the anti-fog film may be difficult to peel off from the transparent plate.Additionally, when anti-fog paint is used, it can be applied in a much thinner film than a wave-proof film, which saves on materials. When repainting due to dirt or aging, all you need to do is wipe it off with a small amount of solvent.

The material of the transparent plate (1) used in the present invention is selected from inorganic glass or organic glass such as acrylic resin or polycarbonate resin, but it is preferable to use inorganic glass from the viewpoint of surface hardness and durability.

The anti-fog treatment effect of the present invention is effective only when the door section of the refrigerated showcase is highly insulated. The effectiveness is limited to panel constructions that maintain gaps or have better thermal insulation properties.

In particular, transparent panels that have become popular in recent years are assembled by sandwiching a heat ray reflective film (4) with a certain gap between two transparent plates (1), or one of the two transparent plates (1). A transparent panel assembled by laminating a heat ray reflective film (4) on a plate has a significantly improved heat insulating effect, so the above-mentioned anti-fog treatment is particularly effective.

The refrigerated showcase panels assembled using the above method and subjected to anti-fog treatment have a high degree of heat insulation, and the panels remain stable even when the showcase doors are opened and closed under hot and humid conditions in the summer. While internal su is becoming more common,
Insulating panels are not as popular as expected because the phenomenon of fogging on the inner surface of transparent panels has not been sufficiently resolved. Therefore.

Although we had to take temporary measures such as using panels that would reduce energy loss, the present invention is able to prevent fogging while providing heat insulation to the roof.
This has brought about great benefits in terms of both energy savings and the value of the products displayed in the refrigerated showcases.
