Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 貫通ネジ孔を有する取付具の開孔する一方の面に被放熱
    素子を嵌着固定し、他方の面を放熱器に接着固定してな
    る放熱装置において、前記取付具の貫通ネジ孔の放熱器
    を接着する面側の開孔に樹脂製の絶縁物を挿入し接着剤
    が前記貫通ネジ孔内に浸入しないようにしたことを特徴
    とする放熱装置。
