Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain relatively easily a decorative material having a rugged pattern according to a pattern, by a method wherein a pattern is formed by using an ink repellent to a topcoating resin and undergoing in-layer cleavage when being heated, and a portion of the ink is removed by adhering it to a heated roll or the like. CONSTITUTION:A surface of a substrate 1 is subjected to an appropriate treatment, as required, and a desired pattern 2 is provided thereon by using an ink comprising a thremosoftening resin undergoing in-layer cleavage when being heated and a liquid repellent. Next, a hardenable resin is applied thereto, and is hardened to provide a resin layer 3. In this case, since the ink layer 2 comprises the liquid repellent which is repellent to the resin, the resin is not adhered to the ink layer 2. Then, a heated roll 5 is brought into contact with the entire surface to cause in-layer cleavage in the ink layer 2, and the ink 4 thus exfoliated is removed by adherig it to the roll 5 to provide the recessed pattern 6, thereby obtaining the rugged decorateive material 7.

(Prior art) As a method for manufacturing an uneven decorative material having a concave-convex pattern on its surface, the decorative material is produced and then pressed with another mold such as an embossing roll to form a concave pattern, or the repellent pattern is applied to printing ink. Conventionally, a method has been used in which a pattern is created on the surface of a base material using a material mixed with a substance having the following properties, and an overcoat resin applied thereon is repelled to form a concave pattern.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the former method, it is difficult to form concave portions that match the pattern, and in the latter method, the thicker the top coat, the rounded the corners of the concave portions. It also had the disadvantage that deep unevenness could not be obtained because the pattern would be unsatisfactory.

(Objective) The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and provides a method for relatively easily manufacturing a decorative material having an uneven pattern that matches the pattern. .

(Means for Solving the Problems) First, as shown in Figure 1, after applying appropriate pretreatment to the surface of the base material (II) as required, we prepared a material that is heat-softening and that can be heated to form a resin layer. The desired pattern (2) is printed on the concave area using the gravure printing method, offset printing method, or screen printing using an ink containing a binder made of a resin that delaminates and a liquid repellent agent that repels the top coat resin. It is formed by a known printing method such as a printing method or a flexo printing method.

Next, a curable resin is applied thereon by any method such as a gravure coating method or a roll coating method, and then cured to form a resin layer (3). At this time, the top coat resin does not adhere to the top of the ink layer, leaving it exposed.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2, a hot roll (5) is brought into contact with the entire surface to cause delamination within the ink layer constituting the pattern (2), and the peeled ink (4) is transferred to the hot roll. (5) and is removed to form a concave pattern (6) to obtain an uneven decorative material (7) as shown in FIG. The temperature of the heat roll may be set according to the thermoplastic resin used. The pattern (
The ink layer of pattern (2) softens and adheres to the surface of the hot roll (5), and the adhesive force between the ink layer of pattern (2) and the hot roll (5) is greater than the internal cohesive force of the ink layer of pattern (2). The ink layer becomes larger and the ink layer peels off within the layer, and the peeled ink adheres to the surface of the hot roll and is removed.

At this time, in order to make the adhesive force between the pattern (3) and the heat roll (5) even stronger, a resin that has a good adhesive force with the pattern (2) when heated was applied to the arbitrary sheet surface. A sheet for resin removal can be interposed.

That is, acrylic, chlorinated rubber, urethane, or other heat-softening resin is applied to the surface of a sheet such as paper, synthetic paper, or synthetic resin film such as polyester film or nylon film, and this is applied to the sheet side. Heat roll (
5), by setting the resin-coated surface facing pattern +21, the peeled ink can be removed more reliably than when using the heat roll (5) alone. Note that a plate-shaped object such as a hot plate may be brought into contact instead of the hot roll.

(Function) By bringing a heat roll, etc. into contact with the pattern (2) made of heat-softening ink, the pattern (2) is softened and brought into close contact with the heat roll, etc. or the removal sheet, and the inside of the ink layer of the pattern (2) is softened. A concave pattern can be formed by causing peeling. Portions other than the pattern (2) are not adversely affected by heat due to the curable resin layer (3).

(Example) A grain board was printed on thin paper with a basis weight of 23 (1/rn2) using a gravure printing method, and then a polyamide ink mixed with a matting agent and a silicone liquid repellent at 3% was used to print the board. A conduit groove pattern that matches the eye pattern is printed, and then amino alkyd resin is coated on the surface using a gravure coating method.
After applying g/m2 (dry), drying and curing,
When the heat roll was passed between a heat roll with a surface temperature of 160°C and a pressure roll with a pressure of 35°C between the heat roll, with the heat roll in contact with the surface coated with amino alkyd resin, the conduit The groove pattern ink caused intralayer peeling, and the -S adhered to the surface of the hot roll and was removed, yielding a textured decorative material in which the depressions were matte.
