PURPOSE:To simply provide liner part with good efficiency to a helmet by a method in which the liner part is molded integrally of a cloth, etc., and a buffer material so as to provide it with a shape keepability. CONSTITUTION:A raw material 1 formed by bonding a cloth 3 having good touch feeling to polyurethane foam 2 is molded by heat press with a bowl-shaped mold. A shallow, long, and round recession 5 is provided on the bottom of a buttom force 4, and a recession 7 of the same shape is also provided for a top force 6. The raw material 1 in the recessions 5 and 7 remains unmolded by heat press to leave the thickness of the polyurethane foam intact. The bowl-shaped portion formed by heat press is cut off from the raw material 1 and inversed to obtain liner part 9 to be bonded to the inner surface of a helmet. The liner part 9 is bonded to the inner surface of the helmet with the helmet. The bonding of the liner part to the helmet can thus be simply performed with good efficiency without needs to fix a buffer material additionally.

本発明は、ポリウレタンフォームに布地を接着した原材
を、天部当接部を丸く残して椀形にヒートプレスするこ
とによって緩衝材を一体成形した内貼材となし、これを
帽体の内側に貼着することを特徴とするヘルメットの内
装方法であって、図面はその方法を示すものである。即
ち、第1図においてlは原材で、厚さ約15mmのポリ
ウレタンフォーム2に、感触の良い布地3を接着して成
る。この原材1を椀形(やや長円形)の型を以てヒート
プレスする訳であるが(第2図)、雌型4の下底部には
浅い、長円形の窪み5を設け、また、雄型6の方にも同
様の窪み7を設けておく。そうすることによって、窪み
5.7の部分の原材1は、ヒートプレスされずにポリウ
レタンフォームの元厚を残すことになる<tS衝材8)
。次いで、ヒートプレスされて椀形となった部分を原材
lから切取り、これを翻転させれば内貼材9が出来上が
る(第3図)。この内貼材9は、接着剤で帽体の内側に
接着する。
