Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent to the utmost the titled appliance from vibrating and consequently eliminate the sense of discomfort such as noise or the like due to the vibration by a structure wherein an opening is provided at the portion opposing to a fan motor of a heat shielding plate. CONSTITUTION:An opening 13 is provided at the portion opposing to the fan motor 9 of a heat shielding plate 6. Because the portion of the heat shielding plate 6, which is influenced by the leakage magnetism generated due to the driving of a fan 8, is cut off in the form of an opening 13, the generation of substantial trouble-making vibration is eliminated. In addition, the rotational loss of the fan motor 9 due to leakage flux can also be reduced.

It is equipped with a fan, a fan motor, and a heater, and is located between the heating unit and the board due to the magnetic leakage from the fan motor. The heat shield plate vibrates, and this vibration is transmitted to the human body through the main body, causing discomfort, and since the amount of vibration is correlated with noise, the noise also causes discomfort.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, the main body of the dowel has a wooden frame 2, a wooden board 1 in the center thereof, and the frame is supported by four wooden legs 3. Various components for blowing out hot air are provided below the substrate 1. The details of the hot air configuration will be explained below with reference to FIGS. 2 to 5. In the components shown in FIG. 2, which is a sectional view of the central part of the dowel, a substrate 1 is provided, a heat generating unit 4 is provided under the substrate 1, and a heat shield plate 6 is inserted between them. The heating element unit 4 is surrounded by an external wire mesh 5, and electricity is supplied to the heating element unit 4 through an appliance plug 7.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the hot air generator, and FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken from a right angle direction. The configuration will be explained using this cross-sectional view. The heating element unit 4 includes an aluminum fan 8, a fan motor 9 for driving the fan, and an infrared heater 10. The fan motor 9 is a two-pole motor, and its configuration is based on a stator core 9d, and one of which has a fan fixed shaft 9a and a bearing 9b that receives the shaft 9&.

As shown in FIG. 5, the opening 13 of the heat shield plate 6 is eccentric toward the appliance plug Y side. Since the opening 13 is located at a location where the infrared heater 1o is not visible, the substrate 1 is not affected by radiant heat. In addition, the edge of the opening has a stepped shape, and a heat shield plate 6 is placed outside the stepped shape in order to maintain the distance from the substrate 1.
Protrusions 11 are provided protruding in four directions at the corners.

Next, the operation will be explained using FIG. 4. Heating unit 4
When the instrument plug γ is inserted, electricity is applied and the 77 engine 8 is driven. Then, air is blown in from the external wire mesh 6 side, passes through several openings 12 provided near the center of the heating element unit 4, cools the fan motor 9, and then passes through the fan 8.
One flow of air passes through several apertures 122L provided near the outer periphery of the heating element unit 4, passes through the external wire mesh 5, and exits to the outside, while the other flows through the side surfaces of the external wire mesh 5 to the substrate 1.
The air passes through the gap between the heat shield plate 6 and the fan 8 through several openings 12 provided near the outer periphery of the heat generating unit 4, and the air flows in two ways. Become.

The important part in this embodiment is that the drive of the fan 8 generates leakage magnetism, and by making the hole 13 in the part that would have affected the heat shield plate 6, vibrations that would actually cause problems are eliminated. That's what I lost. Furthermore, it was also possible to reduce the rotation loss of the fan motor 9 due to leakage magnetic flux.
