To achieve this object, the present invention draws air from above and below the central portion of a heat shield plate arranged with a predetermined space below the substrate, and removes the drawn air. In a heating appliance in which a fan driven by a motor is provided so as to blow air outward, and a pair of heating elements are arranged outside the fan so as to face each other through the fan, the temperature detecting means is built in. An instrument plug for energizing a heating element is arranged outside the fan in which the heating element is not located, an opening is formed in a portion of a heat shield plate located on the rotation shaft of the motor, and the instrument plug is also provided. The heat shield plate above is provided with a gap communicating with the predetermined space.

Description of Embodiments An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, the main body of the yagura is a wooden frame 2
At the center thereof, there is a wooden substrate 1, and the frame is configured to be received by four wooden legs 3. Its substrate 1
Various components for ejecting warm air are provided below. Details of the warm air configuration will be described below with reference to FIGS. 2 to 5. In the component of the sectional view of the central portion of the yagura shown in FIG. 2, there is a substrate 1, a heating unit 4 is provided under the substrate 1, and a heat shield plate 6 is inserted between them. The heating element unit 4 is surrounded by an external wire mesh 5, and electricity is applied to the heating element unit 4 through a device plug 7.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the heating element unit 4, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view as seen from the right direction. The configuration will be described below with reference to these sectional views. The heat generating unit 4 is a heat shield plate 6
Of aluminum, which is located below the center of the fan and sucks air in the vertical direction and blows air outward, a fan motor 9 for driving the fan, and a fan so as to face each other via the fan 8. It is composed of a pair of infrared heaters 10 arranged on the outer side of 8. The fan motor 9 is a two-pole motor, and its configuration is based on a stator core 9d as a base, and a fan fixed shaft 9a on one side and a bearing 9 for receiving the shaft 9a.
There is. There is a coil 9c on the other side. An opening 13 is provided in the heat shield plate 6 portion facing the fan motor 9. As shown in FIG. 5, the opening 13 of the heat shield plate 6 is eccentric to the instrument plug 7 side arranged on the side where the infrared heater 10 which is a heating element is not located. Since the opening 13 is located at a position where the infrared heater 10 cannot be seen, there is no influence of the radiant heat on the substrate 1. In addition, the aperture edge is a stepped aperture, and projections 11 are provided outside the stepped aperture shape so as to protrude in four directions at the corners of the heat shield plate 6 in order to maintain a distance from the substrate 1.

Next, the operation will be described with reference to FIG. Heating element unit 4
When the instrument plug 7 is inserted into the device, electricity is supplied and the fan 8 is driven. Then, the fan motor 9 is sucked from the side of the external wire mesh 5 through several openings 12 provided in the vicinity of the central portion of the heating element unit 4 to cool the fan motor 9, and then passes through the fan 8 and near the outer periphery of the heating element unit 4. The air flows out through the openings 12a provided at several locations through the external wire mesh 5, and the other flows through the side periphery of the external wire mesh 5 and through the gap between the substrate 1 and the heat shield plate 6 to the fan. There are two types of flow, that is, through the holes 12a provided in the vicinity of the outer circumference of the heat generating unit 4 via the air passage 8, and through the external wire net 5 to the outside.

In the important part of the present embodiment, leakage magnetism is generated by driving the fan 8, and the part that has affected the heat shield plate 6 is made into the opening 13, so that vibration that is a substantial problem is not generated. That is. Further, it was possible to reduce the rotation loss of the fan motor 9 due to the leakage magnetic flux. Further, since the air flow is generated between the substrate and the heat shield plate, the heat shield effect between the substrate and the heat shield plate is improved.
