Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the injection of an expandible raw liquid easier by minimizing the leak of the expandible raw liquid by a method in which an air blow pipe of projected form and a partition plate are attached to a support plate to form an injection port for the raw liquid. CONSTITUTION:An air blow pipe 12 is inerted into the almost center of a support plate 10, and a partition plate 13 is provided to the pipe 12 projected from the plate 10. A core-fixing tool 14 is positioned and fixed at a place where the reinforcing portion 6 of a core 8 goes into a parison 4, split molds 1 are closed, and blow molding is made to form a hollow surface skin 15 in which the core 8 is incorporated and an injection space 16 of the same shape as the partition plate 13 is formed on parting lines P and L between struts 7 for a head rest. The surface skin 15 is set in split molds 17, the injection space 16 is forcibly opened, an expandible raw liquid is injected into the space 16, and the molds are closed for blow molding.

(Industrial Application Field) The uninvented area relates to a method for manufacturing a headrest. (Conventional Technique #11) Conventional headrest requires supporting legs to be attached to the backrest of a chair. Generally, this supporting leg is fixed to a flat or hollow reinforcing core made of metal or synthetic resin, which is embedded in the headrest body. Therefore, this headrest has a supporting leg and a reinforcing core. The process of fixing the core was necessary, and the core and supporting legs were completely separate parts, so the product itself tended to be expensive. Therefore, in order to improve this, the rod-shaped material was bent. Of a core body and a pair of support legs formed integrally by extending both ends of the core body, the core frame portion is inserted into a hollow outer skin, and a foam is inserted into the middle part of the outer skin. A specific manufacturing method for such a headrest was proposed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 5
As shown in Japanese Patent No. 5-158944, a pair of half-split molds are prepared with a cavity formed on the inner wall surface that matches the outer shape of the headrest, and the half-split molds are opened, and during this time, a cylindrical mold is extracted from an extruder. The parison is made to fall in an extruded manner, and then the core frame part of the core body is inserted into the lower opening of the parison to close the half-split mold, and air is blown into the predetermined bag shape by blowing air from an air blowing vibrator. The outer skin is molded, and at this time, holes for the air blowing vibrator are formed in the outer skin. Then, the bag-shaped outer skin is placed in a mold for foam molding, and the foaming stock solution is injected through the hole using the water injection port to complete the molding. However, since the injection port formed by this method is extremely small, there are problems in the process of injecting the foaming solution, although leakage due to the foaming reaction of the foaming solution after injection is minimized. For this purpose, the actual situation is to insert a watering can into the injection port and inject the foaming stock solution.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] The present invention aims to improve the above-mentioned points, and focuses particularly on the formation of the injection port, and by fixing the partition plate to the air blowing vibrator, the foaming stock solution can be removed. The purpose is not only to minimize leakage but also to form an injection port that allows easy injection of the foaming stock solution.

That is, the feature of the present invention is that an air blowing vibrator is inserted into the center of the support plate, and a partition plate is placed in the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the support plate in the part of the vibrator that protrudes from the support plate. After attaching it to the support plate, which is a core body consisting of a reinforcing part and supporting legs connected to it, and removably installing it, the reinforcing part of the core body is inserted into the parison, blow molding is performed, and the parting line is placed on the parting line. A headrest in which a hollow headrest skin with a core is formed which has a protruding opening injection part corresponding to the width of the partition plate, and then the injection part is opened to inject a foaming stock solution into the skin to form foam molding. It is in the manufacturing method.

The core body fixing jig 0 configured in this way is fixed in position with the reinforcing part (6) of the core body [8] entering the parison (4), and the above-mentioned approximately 40~ After closing the half-split mold (1), [l], blow molding is completed by blowing 1 to 6 tons of compressed air from the air blowing vibrator. Thus, after blow molding, the half-split mold is closed. open the hollow skin body θ for a headrest, remove the support plate (1 (11), and remove the hollow skin body θ for a headrest thus obtained.
As shown in Fig. 2, ω has a built-in core body (8), and at the same time a supporting leg (between 71 and 171 and a parting lime Y).
The injection part Hiroshi is molded in the same shape as the male Takiri Shu A3. This injection part 06111 has an opening that communicates with the hollow part of the epidermis. Therefore, the primary hollow skin body θ0 for a headrest is housed in an openable/closable split mold Q71 for foam molding.

In the great invention method, as described above, a partition plate is attached to the support plate in addition to the air blowing vibrator that protrudes from the support plate.
Since the injection port for the foaming stock solution is formed and then foam molding is carried out, the injection port for the foaming stock solution is made to be a relatively wide injection port, and furthermore, there is no need for this injection port to be placed closer to the surface of the skin body. The protruding state not only makes it easier to inject the foaming solution, but also makes it easier and more secure to clamp the foaming mold after the foaming solution is injected, minimizing leakage of the foaming solution, which is a drawback in conventional headrest manufacturing. This method significantly simplifies the foaming liquid injection process, which was one of the steps, and greatly contributes to its improvement.
