Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 従釆、昇華性染料を含むインキ、熱溶融性インキその他
を以て印刷形成した転写紙は知られていたが、この転写
紙は予め上記した如き転写素材を以て一定の図柄、模様
が転写紙に形成されており、この図柄、模様形成面を被
転写物に重ね合せ、加熱加圧して転写紙に形成された図
柄、模様を被転写物に転写するもので、用途、趣味に合
った図柄、模様を創作した場合これを転写することはで
きなかった。
本発明は、上記創作を被転写物の上に転写することので
きる転写紙の製造方法を提供するものである。
次にその方法を説明する。
従来の転写紙は前記したとおり、昇華性染料を含むイン
キ、熱溶融性インキ等の転写インキで、色彩、模様、図
柄を印刷形成するものであるが、微粒子状の点を集合或
は散布して成る原稿通りの模様、図柄を前記転写インキ
を以て転写紙に形成するのは不可能でなし、にしてもそ
の原版、刷版を作るのに相当な技術を要し、且つその作
成費用も一般の印刷に比し割高になる。
本発明は上記原稿を転写紙にじかに形成し、転写紙を作
成するのに従来の如く原稿作成、原版作成、刷版作成の
手間をはぶき、原稿そのものを転写紙として使用するも
のである。
次にその作成方法を説明する。
まず、転写紙となるべき紙その他の物の上に極薄に糊引
して糊引層を形成し、これの表面に既成の昇華性染料を
含むインキ、熱溶融性インキを以て形成した転写紙の転
写インキを削取った微粒子状粉末体となった転写インキ
を以て創作図柄、模様を形成するか、或は、転写紙とな
るべき紙面を適宜方法で削り、紙面に規制的或は不規則
の微細条溝を形成し、この微細条溝に前記微粒子状粉末
体とした転写インキを振りかけ、その微細条溝に転写イ
ンキを挟特せしめた図柄、模様を形成し、原稿則転写紙
とする。
これを、被転写物に重ね合せて加熱加圧するときは、原
稿通りの色彩をもった図柄、模様を被転写物に転写する
ことができ、上記した如き技術と手間をはぶ〈ことがで
きる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 昇華性染料を含むインキ或は熱溶融性インキ等の転
    写インキを以て印刷形成した転写紙の転写インキを削り
    取り、その微細粒子を適宜台紙上に散布添着して、転写
    紙を製造する方法。
