方向については振止めが全く作用しない。そこで、トロ
リーフレーム下面と吊具上面とにそれぞれ対向して嵌脱
式振止め装置を設け、この嵌脱式振止め装置によって横
行方向の振止めをしており、このため吊具の移動に際し
てその都度、吊具(吊荷)を最大巻上げしなければなら
ず、荷役作業の能率向上を図れないという不具合を免れ
なかった。

ムを巾広に形成するだけで振止めアーム巾方向(X方向
)の振止めができるようにした構成であるから、荷振れ
によるサイクルタイムの増加を防ぎ、停止精度を向上さ
せることができ、クレーンの自動化に有効である。また
、吊り具の振れが強力かつ確実に阻止されるため、吊振
れ分のスペースを確保せずに済む。さらに、搗止めアー
ム連動機構の追加により既存のパンク式振止め装置に適
用できるし、設備費は安くて済む。
