PURPOSE:To obtain a handy remote controller without necessitating changeover of priority intentionally at the time when estabilishment of a hot water temperature is performed from the remote controller whose order of the priority is low, by so constituting the remote controller that a priority switch is released automatically when there is no change in the establishment of the hot water temperature by the remote controller whose order of priority is high. CONSTITUTION:A timer circuit 5 is started or restarted by a trigger circuit 4 and a transistor 6 is turned ON when a timer is up. A relay 7 is driven by a transistor 6 and a priority detecting terminal is connected by a contact point 8 of the relay with the ground. A voltage variation is applied to the trigger circuit 4 from a volume 2 every time establishment of a hot water temperature varies. When the voltage variation is applied to the trigger circuit 4, a timer-start signal is applied to the timer circuit 5 and the timer is restarted every time the signal is applied to the timer circuit 5.
